Apollo Pharmacy — Cancelled order suddenly and not refunding whole money

I have ordered medicine on apollo 24/7 android app on 20 Feb 2023 with with 2 shipment id[protected] and[protected]. These two shipment was part of same single order i placed.
They suddenly cancelled my order without any justificatory reason !
Even after i raised complaint for refund of money back. Till they refunded amount of shipment id[protected].
And emailed and complaint on top of my existing complaint and reminding them for refunding the amount of shipment id[protected] as well, but till date they refunded partially only.

Worst thing is that they have marked refunded status as complete and not responding to my emails/queries now !!!

I really was not expected such cheat from Apollo... It's totally disappointed me.
Need help to resolve my issue.
