I have purchased few medicine from apollo pharmacy 24×7 app on wednesday 22nd february 2023. After receiving the order could see invoice batch no, Expiry dates are not matching with medicine's batch no and Expiry date. I raised a ticket as well to apollo pharmacy on 22nd February with ticket no #1764532 but till now I have not received any solution. After calling multiple times to apollo pharmacy 24×7 helpline they are asking me to wait...

Raised an order, got discount of 25% due to membership. Bill was Rs 690/-. Made online payment. Unfortunately it was not delivered to me for the 1st time because the delivery boy called me as he landed in some other address and immediately he cancelled it on not picking.. Reordered made online payment again, this time they failed to upload prescription and the customer care didn’t inform me to do it again, they arranged telephonic conversation...

I have ordered medicine on apollo 24/7 android app on 20 Feb 2023 with with 2 shipment id[protected] and[protected]. These two shipment was part of same single order i placed.
They suddenly cancelled my order without any justificatory reason !
Even after i raised complaint for refund of money back. Till they refunded amount of shipment id[protected].
And emailed and complaint on top of my existing complaint and reminding...

I ordered Infant milk powder and multivitamin drops. As I'm out of the town and my wife can't go out with 3 months baby, I ordered in online Apollo 24/7 app. Its been 1 week, not received the items, when ever I call customer care, they simply say that its shipped and out of delivery. There is no option for me to cancel in the app, so I asked the executives to cancel from their end and to refund the amount. They neither delivering nor refund...

I visited the Apollo pharmacy located in Hyderabad-near Academic heights public school. Asked for the pantoprazole (Pantosec, B.No.AFB22F90, brand Cipla )medicine, shop person given tablet without ensuring the strip condition which is already in damaged, asked shop person not to sell the strip to anyone, he replied that I will sell by removing the damaged tablet why should I Loss for small defect, he is not concern about the patient safety
Need action on business oriented people not ensuring patient health

I have cancelled the order due to insufficient details in the prescription but I haven’t received the refund yet

It’s been two weeks since the order cancellation

Staff behaviour wrong with customers they are not eligible for this job

I would like to inform that I purchased the following medicines on 15th February, 2023 from Apollo Pharmacy situated at 772/2, Circle, Vijayashree Pura, Vijay Nagar 3rd Stage, Garudachar Layout, Mysuru, Karnataka 570018:
1. Novastat Gold 20 mg 10 capsules
2. Prolomet XL 12.5 mg 10 tablets

However, I regret to inform you that owing to wrong computerised billing of medicines it was billed at ₹522.27(soft copy of bill attached).

Sir, I paid the same digitally ( copy of the transaction details attached).

Later on, after coming home I detected the anomaly in the bill. Actually, instead of correct billing of ₹281.15{(₹267.89+₹44.50)= ₹312.39-Rebate of 10% on ₹312.39}, I had to pay an extra amount of ₹241only.

Therefore, I request the competent authority to look into this case and resolve the problem by doing the needful to refund me the extra amount of ₹241/- charged erroneously and oblige.

Hi Apollo team,
Please remove my number from your database. I am getting promotional messages daily even though I opted to unsubscribe. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

Please stop sending me SMS to my phone number [protected]. I am abroad and paying roaming charges on your numerous junk messages. Even when I am home, I don't want them.

Worked as pharmacist in one of Appollo Pharmacy store and the experience is pathetic. The HR told one day off for a week but store supervisor always refuse to give and they treat pharmacist as their store cleaner to clean all the racks

While employment they promised and wrote 12 sick and 12 casual leaves per month, but no leaves will be given to employee and No option to apply and see leave balances. The supervisor who passed 10th class can have all the rights to apply day offs and manage absents even you worked for the day, The profession course completed pharmacist who have knowledge on drugs is nothing in the store

The store supervisors coming to store on their own time to harass the people

Please take action ASAP or let me know the process to escalate

I have bought a medicine from apollo pharmacy in kammanhalli on 4th feb and done an upi transaction twice . They said within 2 days it will be refunded . I have been follwing till date no repsonse from the store they have giving a worng mobile no of the supervisor .

Request the concerned official to get the matter and resolve...

On 14th February evening at 8.31 pm my husband went to buy medicine from Appollo Pharmacy Bosepukur branch Kolkata with proper Doctor's prescription.
According to the prescription the pharmacist was supposed to give XYZalM syrup 4 mg for my 3 years old child instead he had handover my husband some tablets of much much higher dose for adult consumption of 10 mg.

Ordered 3 medicines which was supposed to be delivered on Feb 3rd 2023 but received wrong medicine on Feb 5th, raised a concern immediately and they said will get back to me between 12-24 hrs, calling them again n again but no action has taken.
Now neither they are providing the correct medicine nor refunding back my amount of Rs. 2344.50/-
