[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — can't exchange my product

I bought a product from appolo pharmacy in my locality. I wish to exchange my product with another product for the same amount but the staff present there are not allowing the exchange. It is very disgusting for a pharmaceutical company like appolo to not satisfying a customer. Moreover they didn't provide me any bill of purchase.. Kindly help me out.. I just want to exchange the product.
