Hi i am shilpi basak from samudragarh. Recently your branch has been opened here. I go there, become a member and order some urgent medicines. But even after 4 days and my continuous calling, the members of the branch just assure me and do nothing. A stroke-patient fails to have her urgent medicines because i trust you and have not bought it from elsewhere. Is it my fault then? What type of mean and negligible attitude is it? If anything happen do they take any responsibility?
