I had placed an order online (Order no. Is[protected] in 17th feb 2020. My order apparently was cancelled, which i wasn’t informed about, but instead learnt on calling them to find out the status. I have subsequently made 9 calls to follow up about the refund, but i’m not able to get any information. They claim the refund is complete, but they aren’t giving me any transaction details, and nothing has been reversed to my card.
Unfortunately, without knowing about my experience, my father placed an order with them recently (Order no. Is[protected] on following up about that order; i was informed that this order too is most likely to be cancelled.
Large brand name, but very unprofessional a company. The way i’ve experienced it, they have shown items online that they clearly don’t have stock of. After order is placed, a person would have to follow up a zillion times to find out status or get money refunded, until they’d probably give up.
Good way to make money apollo!
