Yesterday (7th Sep 2021) I booked medicine through Apollo 247 apps, Order No[protected]. Till yesterday its showing out for deliver...not sure where its. Today I chat with customer care team and they said its "RETURN_PENDING" due to delivery was unsuccessfully, which is perthitic even i have not received any single call from Apollo and not team said they will refund my money but it will take 3 to 4 days and its also depends on Pharmacy. My only concern is if you are not given the support on time then why you ad in TV "APOLLO WILL BE DELIVERED THE MEDICINE WITHIN 2HRS" just like XXXXXXX commitment. I want my money ASAP.

I have ordered for keraglo mens tablet on apollo pharmacy online and i got expired and smelling tablets which after using for 26 days i got stomach ache.after stopping the use of that my stomach ache is nearly gone and i feel a lot better .i dont know if it did increase or affect in my skin problem for sure.

I was an emergency to buy a medicine during 11pm 06/09/21 .I had a cash 200rs and debit card the medicine cost was 125rs when I asked to give the medicine shop keeper told first no medicine then he told no card finally he told no change for 200rs later I showed him the material and demanded in that late hours bought from him very very poor behaviour. He do not know the need of emergency at that late hours

I was purchasing some medicines for my father who is 68years old. When purchasing the medicines the bill was ₹220 and I handed over a ₹500 note and then I was told the pharmacy did not have change so they reduced my medicines to make the bill below ₹200. I mean is this some kind of a joke?
Kindly look into this matter before I take it up in the consumer court here as pharmacies can’t stop giving medicines because they don’t have change

I PURCHASED after ahave lotion 50ml at rs100 in kanchipuram (iii)apol, but in the product the offer price is 70 only.please check up.this shop is not giving bill to the customer regularly.

I am a regular customer of apollo pharmacy but I'm very much disappointed regarding this credit points specially in kattedan branch.
Basically they fail to add the credit point and also when I want to redeem that points they usually say not working, server's are busy, unable to load the page.
They way they fool us is like hell.
When we can't redeem that points what's the use of asking for phone number for entry.
Make the staff aware that dnt try fool us anymore specially at kattedan branch.

Had ordered Mothercare body lotion in March'21but instead bubble soap was delivered with assurance that body lotion will be delivered. However till date neither item nor refund has been initiated.

I prepared Apollo every time but now a day very bad your executives behavior in Mangammapalya store near Bommanahalli, Bangalore, I purchased medicines store he is not given prescription I thought he put in carry bag I left from there travelled 10km to home reached home there is no prescription and again I went thre I asked why u not put he told i given medicines that is my not my job u have to check and scolded, at least not expressed sorry, executive name NANDiSH behavior is very bad I never expected from Apollo team but he is scolding customers and where ever inform I don't fear, kindly take action.

I have a problem at 3.30am and I went to appolo pharmacy to take medicine. We have 3branches near me in bhimavaram but no one opens the pharmacy for giving medicine. Appolo pharmacy is 24/7 pharmacy. But all are closed and sleeping well inside.appolo is brand and why these negligence in giving medicine. Please take care on these matter.

I bought Lactogen and baby feeding bottle in apollo pharmacy(Gummidipundi) on Aug 09 at Rs.582. While I'm doing UPI payment the billing staf[censored]rge me to do it immediately but the payment was loading. So I paid in my debit card but the UPI payment also done. The bill paid two times. When I'm asking the staff, he said "he will check the transaction report and it will take one day". So I got his number and called him next day. He spoke to me rudely and not gave proper response, he said like will check next day. Now(Aug 15) he blocked my number. Then I called to the customer care, there also I didn't get the proper response. I need my money back. I have attached my payment proof.

We ordered medicines from Apollo Pharmacy online, and they delivered the medicines 2 days late.

We raised a return request immediately after we got medicines as by that time we already bought medicines from some other shop.

They told they will send a pickup person to pickup the medicines, but nobody came yet.

We called them but they are not responding properly and not sending anyone to pickup.

We want the medicines unopened pack to be returned and our money back

I am writing this mail with huge disappointment. I purchased a cremaffin syrup bottle from Apollo Pharmacy (Himalaya Legend, SN 1 Plot No A, PN B, Makanpur, Nyay Khand I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010). They provide me a Pre-Brocken sealed cremaffin syrup which was half empty. As I was in hurry I did not check the bottle at the shop. When I came back to my house I checked the bottle and found that the bottle seal was broken and it was half empty. I went to the shop and asked them to replace it as it was sealed broken syrup and was half empty also. But, they refused to accept it and misbehaved also. As we all know that pre-broken sealed syrup can be dangerous for anyone.

Now, Apollo Pharmacy outlets started selling defective products to their customers. I will raise this complaint in front of CDSCO(The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation) also.

I am one of the customer of Apollo Pharmacy and happy to buy medicines and other products from Apollo pharmacy.

I had purchased some of the products, specifically you had announced a July 2021 offer that has pasted in our Pharmacy and some of the products tied with the free product in the show case area. Its looks sound and good.

But after buying the product your people (Pharmacy Staffs) says that the offer not available and if you need that free product, then you have pay the MRP, like that they said. Example, I procured "Ap.Steam Inhaler" its come with an offer of Digital Themometer and "Ap. Multi Surface Disinfectant" free with Hand sanitizer.

Cost is not a matter, but the word is important right. Without covering the free product, then why you people show it in front. This will lead us to unhappy with your offers and thought that, the offer is an eyewash purpose only, nothing can be provided in Apollo Pharmacy.

Regarding this I send mail too, but there is no response.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Koushik Lahiri, and made the payment through Apollo 24/7 app. Amount was deducted but appointment not booked.

I have to redeem my wallet amount. Executive tried three times but OTP has not been received even after 3hr...this is great lapse on the part of appollo pharmacy.

I asked for Drotin-M but the pharmacy worker gave Drotin-A. When I went to replace it the workers behaved rudely and shouting at me.
I'm very disappointed with the behaviour of your workers. Make sure to provide bill when we buy any product from ur pharmacy and make sure ur workers to give respect to the customers.

Dear Sir,

I have ordered an Oximeter online on 27th May 2021. The product was delivered on 27th May 2021. On receipt of the same, I have checked the product and it was not working. Immediately I have called up Appollo customer care and raised the complaint and received a message saying that a return request was created. From that day onwards I am repeatedly calling customer care people to know the status, no one turned up, and nor the product is taken back.

I have placed this product for my mother who was a corona positive patient. I have ordered this product at a crucial time. You know how this product is important for a covid 19 patient. It was very painful the service of your Apollo pharmacy people rendered to me.

Apollo pharmacy is selling damaged products to the public. Till date everyday I am calling, no proper response.
