The stores time and agin deny when one wanta to redeem the reward points which is very frustrating. Infact the store at ocus quantum sector 51 gurgaon promises redemption and sends delivery saying server down. This has happened many times in past and the guy even asks the address and says no dwlivery guy. Why ia the address asked if they dont have delivery person. Other stores also similar experience. Why is it so painful to get redmption? Fix this and rude staff will result in customer loss. Ur customer support email complaints also no action taken. Sad state of affairs

Thinking as popular medicinal company, i went to apollo pharmacy, hyd road, siddipet. I did buy l montus tablets yesterday that is on[protected] but some other reasons i went to same apollo shop on next day to return. They said neither we took back nor we replace them. Am not my home, and my wife is suffering with enormous gum pain.. for that i have requested to my nearest apollo pharmacy (ramgarh branch)which is 1 and half minute walking distance.. but the executive who talked me, how much he was rude u dont believe.. sticky he said, "do, what you can do, i am not going to delivery"...

I have order lonopin tablet and paid 1116 on march-8th. Due to out of stock apollo cancelled my order.
For past 12days my amount is not refunded.
Customer persons also not responding correctly.
I requested many times by approaching the apollo customer care. But amount will refunded soon soon. Other than that while speaking in call, customer care persons are cutting my call.

I went to purchase masks and sanitiser from apollo pharmacy thinking it to be the most reliable. The staff of vikrampuri branch opposite ratnadeep secunderabad asked for cash payment of rs 180 at about 1100 hrs for a sanitiser on 23rd mar 2020. They told me that they will only accept cash payment for that sanitiser and the cost will be rs 180. I refused to buy the sanitiser. They had absolutely no hesitation in asking for it. There were around 04 staff members. All party to it. Very sad how the staff has decided to use these difficult times to fill their pockets. It also shows how confident they were that they can exploit the system despite being associated with such a trustworthy brand. I request for early action to ensure that our faith in the administration and humanity remains.

I would like to inform you that i have purchased ecocte cream before 25 days but as i have to use other medicine doctor adviced me to change the medicine. When i go back to give return the product they told that it is not their product and though they did not give us bill, they demand it. The store is situated at bakrol vadtal road. They behaved rudely.
Look into the matter as early as posible...

I will purchase ear drops for Rs.44 i will give 200 rupess to the shop person they told t9 go and make the change if they have not having the change for rs.200/- why the open the shop

I tried placing an order for medicines on the mobile application a couple of times on saturday, 22nd february but the order did not go through post successful payment via paytm.

An amount of rs. 476.80 had been deducted both the times and the order failed with an error post the payment page.

Request you to please check and initiate a refund appropriately.

I am from gummidipundi, thiruvallur, tamilnadu. Expect one senior lady all others especially youngsters are very arrogant and irresponsible. To me they told thermometer (Digital) is not available. But when my friend asked for morent money (2000 extra) they told it is available. Fraud people are getting recruited in applolo. Kindly go through the issue.

Making chaos that i will send out all customers from shop and blah blah

First of all change the staff of apollo pharmacy at sector 62 tot mall noida. Also we want to use all our
Points of apollo card from staff who should properly behave and also want a fine on this shop for misbehaving and hurting our sentiments.

I am a resident of tuni, east godaavari district. We are happy to have apollo pharmacy in tuni.

But the staff in that pharmacy are not taking necessary precautions to control spreading corona virus. Number of patients with different levels of immunity come there and buy medicines and none of the staff wear either masks or wear gloves while dealing with them.
It's not a joke. Please ask them to wear gloves and masks to control spreading the deadly virus.
If no action is taken, we are ready to file a criminal case on you. Please urge them to take precautions asap

Dear sir,
I want draw your attention towards loot of apollo pharmacy. These people are charging 100 inr for a very normal face mask which might cost of ₹ 5 but they charging ₹ 100 for the same.
Government set price for normal mask is ₹8 and for surgrical mask ₹10 and this price is maximum retail price.
But apollo pharmacy charging 10 times more than of it.
Whole world is surffering and affected by corona...

But even after 4 days and my continuous calling, the members of the branch just assure me and do nothing. Dear team i am your regular customer since 12 years. I am buying tablets worth rs 2200/- every month at your store located in hotel pancharathna paradise building udupi. Last week as usual i bought some medicines. Out of that by oversight your salesman given me levipil 1 gram tablet instead of 500 m g. I requested to change the same. But as i have used 2 tabletss each from two strips they have rejected it. As i cant use 1 gram tablet kindly change the same. The packing is intact.

Your extension counter at isro layout bangalore-560078, where i am a regular customer for more than a decade, the sales persons are forcing me to buy 40 tablets, while doctor's prescription tells only 30 tablets. Their behavior is of some shopkeeper, where bargaining is done. It is not expected of a pharmacy, to impose some thing beyond the prescription. My drugs were prescription drugs and not over the counter drugs.
Please look in to my complaint otherwise i will be forced to approach the drug law enforcement authorities of karnataka government.

I was shocked to note that apollo pharmacy located at the apollo clinic nibm road is selling surgical masks (Worth maximum rs 5 per piece) at the rate of rs 30 each piece that too for doctors and medical staff who are at the forefront of patient care. Please note that the govt has notified it as an essential commodity.

I used to take medicines from apollo pharmacy modalert and the supervisor started giving me from outside the company without bill, when i denied taking medicine without bill and asked him to give me from the apollo pharmacy, he denied giving me the medicine, his name is madan and he works in patrakar colony, jaipur branch. He wants me to get it from him outside the apollo pharmacy so he can make the profits

I had bought kenz tablets from apollo pharmacy near essara wedding hall tumkur. While doing payment i scanned qr code and while paying the qr code timed out and my payment is complete so i pay the money for the person in the shop. So i want my money back rs 190. I had placed an order online (Order no. Is[protected] in 17th feb 2020. My order apparently was cancelled, which i wasn’t informed about, but instead learnt on calling them to find out the status. I have subsequently made 9 calls to follow up about the refund, but i’m not able to get any information. They claim the refund is complete, but they aren’t giving me any transaction details, and nothing has been reversed to my card.

Unfortunately, without knowing about my experience, my father placed an order with them recently (Order no. Is[protected] on following up about that order; i was informed that this order too is most likely to be cancelled.

Large brand name, but very unprofessional a company. The way i’ve experienced it, they have shown items online that they clearly don’t have stock of. After order is placed, a person would have to follow up a zillion times to find out status or get money refunded, until they’d probably give up.
