I placed an order on around 15th January, 2022 and my order was delivered promptly, the order amount was about Rs. 159 or so, for which I used my available 123 or so health credit points and paid the extra Rs. 28 via Paytm to place the order. The payment was successful and the order was placed. However during the time of delivery, I was not available and one of the members in our house was asked to pay Rs. 140 more and they did so and took the product. It was only later that I checked the orders page where in at the bottom most part there was a pop up notification regarding price change of a product I ordered, Gauze. I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with customer care support via WhatsApp but no use, the automated replies are useless, hence, I approached the grievance cell via Gmail and to my surprise that too turned out to be the same. Same automated, repeated replies without actually addressing my concern. The only thing both platforms did is to raise plethora of complaint tickets which I guess they never get around to. To summarise my issue -
WHY AND HOW AM I EXPECTED TO PAY EXTRA FOR AN ORDER THAT IS SUCCESSFULLY PAID ALREADY?
WHY AM I HELD RESPONSIBLE TO PAY EXTRA FOR A PRICE CHANGE THAT TOOK PLACE AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND PLACED ORDER?
REGARDLESS OF SENDING / NOT SENDING A MESSAGE ABOUT THE CHANGE IN THE PRICE, I AM IN NO WAY CONCERNED WITH PAYING THE EXTRA AMOUNT. I STILL WAS ASKED TO PAY EXTRA.
I really hope this issue of mine is loud, clear and justifiable. I even called on toll free number but my line wasn't answered. I was promised customer care support call several times, funny how not one person on your time got the time to make a call.

I am hoping this issue gets resolved and ends here after this complaint on this yet new platform. I am really really expecting a call and prompt response from your end. Also, your customer care support is absolutely dissatisfying. The trust that patients / customers put in the Apollo institute as such is to be put up on all fronts. Just a gentle reminder.
