Appollo pharmacy, goilundi, berhampur ganjam, odisha not supplying heart medicine (Aztor 80) to cghs dispensary, berhampur even after getting indent thrice from chief medical officer, cghs, berhampur in spite of apollopharmacy has been authorised to supply medicine to cghs dispensary berhampur and due to his negligence i being heart patient facing problem keeping my life at risk
