Dear Customer Care,
I'd like to know what action you have taken against those guys and specially against Abrar as he is a big cheater and he collects wrong price and won't issue a proper bill and I even informed the same to his manager and also requested him to change this guy from the Lanco Hills store but unfortunately there is no action from him and Abrar still continue in the store with his nasty behavior. I am seriously demanding you guys to post a guy who can handle customers with a polite manner if not then you will have see a serious action from the residents.
