[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — complaint regarding my product delivery and no proper response

This is viswadha. I have ordered a product from apollopharmacy.in on 14th march 2019 and i haven't received any information regarding an estimated or accurate delivery date. I have been contacting them and they ask me to send a mail but the mail id they provided me of the concerned department doesn't seem to respond.
