This is viswadha. I have ordered a product from apollopharmacy.in on 14th march 2019 and i haven't received any information regarding an estimated or accurate delivery date. I have been contacting them and they ask me to send a mail but the mail id they provided me of the concerned department doesn't seem to respond. It's been 6days already and my product is still under processing. There isn't a proper response at all....

Hi, i am stop using apollo pharmacy as the medical retail outlet, the staff at apollo pharmacy (Near reliance fresh, vidhyadhar nagar, jaipur) name of the staff - ram niwas is very rude in behaviour with the customer. My apollo id is [protected]. The sales person is behaving un professional manner. Less staff was available at the store and no proper maintain of line.

When i informed now, the rep of the pharmacy did not agree (Mr. Arul) and informed the leakage is due to pen fault. Also informed to bring the same to pharmacy. I will bring it on. Monday, since. The will be available only on monday.. I f any thing goes wrong i will go for consumer court. This is for your information...

I am a regular customer of this pharmacy and when i require a particular qty. Of medicines, the shop keeper is not ready to deliver and their demand is a complete strip only they can supply and they cannot give it 20 or 30 nos. Of tablets which i want. I have done a bypass surgery and every month used to purchase for rs. 3, 000/- to 4, 500/- medicines.

When i checked with him why you cannot delivered the required qty what...

It's been over 2 weeks you have not delivered 3 medicines out of total 4... Nor you are refunding my inr 1500. I am failing to understand what's actually happening is this such a big issue that it has taken 15 days.

I have ordered pampers premium pants 68s n himalaya baby wipes from your website.. I paid total rs.839 for diapers and the bill i got is of rs 699
And i have ordered 68s but i got 54s.
Your costumer service inform me about the unavailability of himalaya wipes but still didn't got the return amount..
This is the first time i've ordered from your website and i'm totally disappointed..

I stay in gokhale nagar ramanthapur i used to buy so many medicines from apollo long back but now we are not purchasing b'coz they will not respond to customer properly they will not give money everytime they say one word answer they have no change with them or else we have given already very worst canidates in that pharma no common sense how to talk with customer way of the behiavour very rediculus while answering to the customers and childrens...

. I have ordered diabetic medicine for my dad on march 6th 2019. They promised to deliver it with in one day. We didnt receive any update for 2 days. So again we called them on march 8th and they respond that they dont have enough stock to delivery the mentioned medicine. They are ready to deliver substitute of medicine. How could they tell like. How can they delivery the medicine which is not prescribed by the doctor. On march 9th again i have got a same response from them. They are so rude. They dont even know how to respond to customer. This is my order id: 1705042. I really didnt expect from the apollo pharmacy. If they cant provide the medicine on time, they should have informed us earlier. They are simply extending the time.

I placed order 865324 dated 24.02.19. Till pending. I can't get satisfy answer from you after many times to call your customer care or ahmedabad branch but they can not provide satisfy answer . 15 days alrady passed form the putting order in your site but no one is ready to answer to customer why order not shipped or deliver. If you are not able to timely deliver the order, request u to close the site. Dont make customer ful. you do not have stock, so why are you taking online order from customer. First Check your available stock u have and that much order u have to take. you are collecting money from customer and not deliver the order

मैं 6 फरवरी को अपोलो फार्मेसी सेक्टर 9 आर के पुरम नई दिल्ली पर गया. और मैंने मिस्टर अमित कुमार से उनका तेल एक डिस्प्रिन का पत्ता लिया. तो मिस्टर अमित कुमार ने बोला सर पेमेंट कैसे करेंगे. तो मैंने उनको बोला मेरे पास फोन पर है इसके माध्यम से पेमेंट करूंगा. एक लिंक भेजा अपने कंप्यूटर द्वारा. मैंने वह लिंक प्राप्त किया और उससे 176 ₹50 की अदायगी की. तभी मिस्टर अमित कुमार बोलते हैं सर पेमेंट नहीं करनी थी आपको आपकी पेमेंट फस गई है आप को सामान नहीं मिलेगा. और उन्होंने मेरे को एक प्लेन पर्ची पर स्टांप लगा दिया फूलों की और उस पर लिख दिए 176 पॉइंट 50 पैसे. आपको दो-तीन दिन में पेमेंट आ जाएगी. इसके बाद मैं रोज चक्कर काटने लग गया और मुझसे मिस बीएफ किया गया मिस्टर कृष्ण जी कुमार द्वारा और अमित कुमार जी के द्वारा. फार्मेसी के स्टोर की बदनामी हो रही है. कृपया करके मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस दिलवाए और अमित कुमार और कृष्ण जी के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त एक्शन लिया जाए. धन्यवाद

Yesterday we tack medicine. Used 1 out of 10. Because of the medicine i get fever, so went to return that medicine but they denied to tack that medicine back because i used one of them.

His gave my mother different company tablet without our knowledge, we gave that tablet to patient and his faint on a floor.

Please gave us proper resolution and i am waiting for you call...
I need action against zober khan and nikesh whos gave that tablet to my mom.

I had placed an order on the apollo pharmacy online portal on 18th february 2019 which has not been delivered till date (27th feb 2019).
I have been sending followup mails since last 2 days which has been unanswered. If appollo pharmacy cannot fulfill the order they should have the decency to inform the customer so that the customer can make alternate arrangements. Very very bad experience.
