Apollo Pharmacy — Creating fake reason and not giving my HEALTH CREDITS back.

I placed lab test order for which i applied thr ALLGOOD coupon for whihc i have to get the cashback of 1k HC but due to some glitch at thier end my cashback was not credited and they also accepted it that the glitch was with their apps and now they are not replying to my mails and not giving my health credits back. The glitch was at their end why would i pay for it.
A week has gone and they are not resolving my problem.
