When I ask the person at the Apollo pharmacy counter how many health credits I have, he always tells me a lesser number than shown in the Apollo 24/7 app. Today on 20 April I was buying items worth 760 rupees and when I asked how many HCs I can use from my HC balance, he said 2. I checked the Apollo 24 7 app and since 8th April I have 23 HCs. I don't know why I can claim 23 HCs from my balance when it's definitely not close to 50% of the transaction value of 760.

Sir, on 27/03/2024 I ordered medicine through Apollo 24x7 and my order value is Rs. 2225.60.
Before making the payment l applied the coupon Save 100 and paid the amount of Rs. 1895.79. And after making the payment my order was converted as shipment 1/2 with order ID[protected] and shipment 2/2 with order ID[protected] by the Apollo 24x7 and delivered the orders on 27/03/2024 & 29/03/2024 respectively. We bought medicines online and the amount was already paid by debit card. The delivery guy said it was Cash on delivery and un-knowingly we paid again Rs.830/- The telephone number of the delivery boy is [protected].

Upon demanding refund and sending message, he has paid only 500 back stating different excuses. Rs.330/- is yet to be paid back. The amount is small and most o[censored]s ignore this. But then this encourages the delivery...

I placed lab test order for which i applied thr ALLGOOD coupon for whihc i have to get the cashback of 1k HC but due to some glitch at thier end my cashback was not credited and they also accepted it that the glitch was with their apps and now they are not replying to my mails and not giving my health credits back. The glitch was at their end why would i pay for it.
A week has gone and they are not resolving my problem....

I have purchased 2500 Rs online voucher of Apollo Pharmacy from gyftr. However, apollo has disabled this option from payment page. Upon enquiry, it was informed that if there is any discount on MRP of item in cart, voucher payment option will not be available. This is truly unfair trade practices. Most of the items on this platform are discounted to MRP. In this way they are causing financial loss to voucher purchaser....

It's a pathetic service by Apollo lo pharmacy, it was not expecting from Apollo pharmacy.. i had ordered medicine on 1st feb 24, the apollo proudly say that get medicines in hours.. they had promised to deliver my parcel on 3rd of feb.. even 4 feb is over. i didn't received any call.. it is far better to book medicine from 1mg i was using 1mg before it's great... from future i will not use Apollo pharmacy & will suggest...

I purchased Apollo pharmacy voucher from PAYTM for 2500/- (2 weeks back and been calling the customer care since) as usual for purchase of medicines from Apollopharmacy.in I have been doing this for every monthly purchase until they have deactivated the voucher payment method. I feel cheated because if they are to deactivate, they should be informing PAYTM or other third-party apps not to sell them first, other than getting the end consumer...

About Bill number I have purchase today 189 medicine but your swiping mission is not accepting credit card repeated error I have daily customer of your medical shop but still problem not resolved is a inbuilt EDC machine error
