[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — customer service & not entering the points on the cards | |||
I am a regular customer (My card no.[protected]) of your pharmacy located at tarnaka #[protected]/b/1-3, secunderabad, telangana with your regn n: 351/hd/ap/2008/wr — 36aaaca5443n1zj], when ever i visited and bought medicine they are in the practice of saying they in busy and they will give bill later they will write the amount in a separate long book and the points will be added automatically when they will generate the bill. It happened several times and i have never received such bills or points on my card. Today when i insisted for the bill and demanded for previous bills the person in charge behaved rudely and staff was laughing at act of that person, which is highly acceptable in any business and liable for the proceedings before the court of law. Hence i request kind authority to enquire in to the matter and justificable remedy or else i will knock the doors of proper forum holding you responsible for the cost and consequences arising there on.
