Description - i am apollo customer and purchasing medicine for more than 4 years. I am very much satisfied with the products and service providing by the apollo pharmacy and most our home consumer products are also ap.
On the above mentioned date i have purchased medicine and swiped my debit card and the girl (New named k. Praveen) in the counter says it was error and no receipt came out the machine, i asked her to try again, she did it and same answer. I asked her to put in front of me and i saw that we got message as approved but receipt not coming and i got message in mobile for all 3 times. The bill amount is 2600 but debited 7800 from account, i paid extra 5200.
She than called the senior staff (R. Nalini) and i spoke to her and she said that we will check and get back to you but for now you can take the medicine. No one respond me about this issue till date.
Day before yesterday sunday i called and spoke to known guy who named stephene and he asked my statement for confirmation. I provided the same and he said that will get back to me tomorrow.
Yesterday i got a call from nalini and she said that i have to check with my bank for more information and there is no problem in apollo end. I said you asked my statement and i provided it likewise you provide your statement to confirm the same. The moment i asked the statement she shouted like anything and asking how can you ask our statement? Then i asked the same question how can you asked my statement.
After so much of conversation she then escalated the issue to ho after 10 days and one person called me named sasi and started the conversion like call the customer service of your bank, immediately i stopped him and i explained all the situation. Finally he said that he will check his accounts dept and get back to with 10 mins.
After 10 mins i got a call from the store saying that the amount was credit to ap thrice and i can come and collect the money by tomorrow. The purpose of explaining the whole situation is to bring in to your notice that none of the people are working for the customer satisfaction at all. They are just working for salary.
1. No one has complete knowledge, if you are placing new staff in a store you should also place a senior resource along with them.
2. Everyone should see the message what is coming on the cc/dc machine, they will simply put the card and ask for pin. After entering the pin none of the staff are seeing the message in the machine.
3. One there is an issue in payment that has to be escalated immediately to respective dept / ho and they to take the responsibility to get back to the customer then and there. Because you owe customer money.
4. Don't judge the issue will only at the customer end without analyzing or with out investigating properly.
5. You should not ask for customer statement at any cost. It's your responsibility to investigate from your end since we used our cc/dc in your shop.
I want proper reply from apollo and take necessary action to the staff in the store. You are liable for holding the customer money for 10 days without any explanation.
You have to compensate this issue for me.
