Apollo Pharmacy — Defect product (Pulse oximeter) retuned and no refund issued

I purchased Oximeter through Apollo 24/7 app and i received the product. When checked its damaged and unable to use. So i raised return on same day but there was no response even after multiple communications. Then i login complaint in Consumer forum, so after that they arranged for return pick up. After pick up its almost 12-13 days still my refund not received. No response they are giving. When checked return delivery status, order is already received at their end. I request to look into this and do needful to get my refund amount. Due to this negligence from Apollo, i am forced to do the repeated complaints.
