I want my ordered pack as soon as possible...

I ordered medicine online from apollo pharmacy on[protected]. Stil medicine not delivered to me however appolo is showing it delivered....

[protected] order no, the order was delayed, i got a call telling the order will be delivered on 25th of jan and i specifically mentioned if it will be delayed later than 25th i want to cancel it . I also mentioned I really need the stuff which I have ordered. today is 26th and they order is still in transit and not received. they are making me run around.

I need this order to be traced and delivered as soon as possible not later...

Have ordered the Oximeter from Apollo24/7 app. Sunday i received the same. Due to Poor quality item and the back side thats battery slot cover is not at all locking properly and is opening up from the slot. Since unable to use i raised return and refund request on same day. I request to take back the item and issue full refund. I dont want replacement, need only refund. Since after 48 hrs no mails or calls from them. Here one more thing,...

I ordered medicines for Rs.1800 but few medicines worth Rs.397 were missing for which I made the complete payment
When I tried contacting the mobile number in the bill no response from them...

While placing online order from Apollo 247 pharmacy, I had ordered
"Healthvit Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 500ml" for which they charged Rs.405/- stated it as an ORGANIC product.

But when the product was delivered, I have received non-organic general "Healthvit Apple Cider...

Whenever I purchase medicines I am not getting my credits in my account. I am buying medicine on regular basis. But credits not coming.

Today mrng at 8am.I went to Apollo pharmacy and asking for metrogen tablets.And the bill was 3RUPEES ONLY and I gave him 50rs, he said no change available with and me give me 3rs and take the tablets, then i said I will pay you by phonepay or Gpay.And he said for 3rs we can't accept phonepay and Gpay (And kept the tablet inside the rack and saying rudely, give 3rs cash and take your tablets otherwise leave).This is the way they see customers.ONLY...

Order ID:[protected]. I have placed my order on Jan 17th. Till now I didn’t receive the order. I have called customer service 3 times and raised the complaint. Till now they didn’t resolve the issue and there was no call back on the status. I’m really frustrated. Those medicines are very important. I have already paid the amount online.

I ordered via the Apollo Mobile app once and since them I’ve been hounded to minimum of 10 text messages per day, even WhatsApp some or the other promo messages come in. At this it’s just point it’s so frustrating....

This mail is in reference to return of one strip of 10 tab of Zocef 250 which I had bought from Apollo Pharmacy store situated at Sun pharma Road Vadodara.

My child could not take the tablet because it was too bitter for him hence doctor changed it to Zocef Syrup.

Owing to this when I returned the strip to Apollo Pharmacy store they refused to take back the strip since one tab...

I have ordered with Apollo Pharmacy app on[protected] against their order No[protected] the medicines are Estroease 4mg 30 tablets and Evalon cream 15gms 1 no for that the total amount of Rs.1418.40 i have paid they have raised the Bill no 11796DS0249132 for the total value of 1418.40 and i received the medicine on[protected] by opening the box i have noticed only the tablet Extroease 4 mg only. They have not sent and another item of EVALON...

I have ordered for meera shampoos 8 packets of 100 g, but I got 8 packets of 80 grams. please return my product...

There has been a huge delay in delivery of medicine for Order#[protected].The order was placed on 02nd Jan 2022 02:49PM, expected delivery - 6 Jan 2022 & yet to deliver as on 18th Jan Apr 2022 19:50 PM.

Wrote several emails to customer care but did not get any response from the other side.
Kindly help in getting the medicines delivered at the earliest....

247 means i thought is 24x7 available all time but reality is its opposite always customer care not available....

I placed an order on around 15th January, 2022 and my order was delivered promptly, the order amount was about Rs. 159 or so, for which I used my available 123 or so health credit points and paid the extra Rs. 28 via Paytm to place the order. The payment was successful and the order was placed. However during the time of delivery, I was not available and one of the members in our house was asked to pay Rs. 140 more and they did so and took...

I had ordered medicines from apollo app on 14th Jan 2022 with order id[protected] and paid Rs1250. however bill was generated for Rs 760 and Montair LC was removed from the order citing out of stock.

However refund for non delivery of Montair LC was not provided instead refund of Rs 1.25 was provided which was adjustment towards MRP of delivered medicine.

I have ordered farex milk powder on 8th January 2022 through paytm. It reached hyderabad on 13th January itself but its not yet delivered to me till now. I have called customer care many times but there was no proper response. Every time they say today it will reach you which was a big lie..
Worst application worst customer care worst service...

I have added medicines in my cart and have also opted for Apollo's 12 months circle membership plan but not able to proceed with payment since last two days. Credit Card, Netbanking nothing is working. When it's so crucial to get medicines online, Apollo's app is not working at all. Kindly resolve the issue and facilitate us asap in buying medicines online....
