Respected sir/ madam,

Order:[protected] was cancelled on 26th march 2020, i did not get refund for the same till today.

Actually, i did not cancel the order and it was cancelled by your stores people due to some internal price issue with your apollo pharmacy.

The price for the product rs. 749/- when i was order through online, later on they come up and told me that the price got increased to rs.1049/-...

I called and sent email so many time to customer care but customer care is not receiving my call. I want to know why my order cancelled and when i can get refund. I want to change my registered mobile number on apollo pharmacy purchasing card but i am not able to change the mobile number as during the procedure its asking for an otp which is an impossible task to do as the sim card number no longer belongs to me.

No alternate option is available to change registered mobile number.

We ordered medicines for our baby through apollo 24/7 app on 25 th of march 2020, before placing the order it show the delivery time is one day (26th of march ) still now we haven’t received any update about the order even we called to customer care there is no response and tried in all the ways i wrote emails and visited the store near my place but no use.

I would like to inform you that i have purchased ecocte cream before 25 days but as i have to use other medicine doctor adviced me to change the medicine. When i go back to give return the product they told that it is not their product and though they did not give us bill, they demand it. The store is situated at bakrol vadtal road. They behaved rudely.

Dear sir,
I want draw your attention towards loot of apollo pharmacy. These people are charging 100 inr for a very normal face mask which might cost of ₹ 5 but they charging ₹ 100 for the same.
Government set price for normal mask is ₹8 and for surgrical mask ₹10 and this price is maximum retail price.
But apollo pharmacy charging 10 times more than of it.
Whole world is surffering and affected by corona...
