My Apollo customer ID number is [protected] .We have been a loyal customer to Apollo for many years.Due to some reasons I need to change my mobile number but not my customer ID of Apollo. But employee of Apollo has changed the Apollo ID without customer's knowledge. As we are from middle class we have an intention to save money in account of [protected] and use it later.
All of the 4 employees and one supervisor is telling you can't change phone number of [protected] . Hereafter I'm not gonna be a loyal customer of Apollo. Fed up with Apollo pharmacy service. I waited inside the Apollo more than 45 mins. This made me get stressed. I'm gonna stop using all Apollo products and the pharmacy service.

    Hi I'm sambhav so the other day I went to Apollo pharmacies to get medicines I bought some tablets it's summed up to 24 rupees then I handed over note of hundred rupees he collected 40 rupees instead of instead of 24 rupees this behaviour to soft scamming is really wrong and he tried to be abusive and try to harm me when I reported

      Refuse to give receipt of medicine purchased.

      Today morning I contacted to Apollo Pharmacy at nonachandanpukur barrckpore over mobile enquiring some medicines of my daughter .After being confirmed I went personally to above pharmacy between 9.30 to 10.00 am. There is only one employee who give me medicines as confirmed over telephone. But at the time of giving the receipt he refused to give receipt of the medicine named Glyxer M2 giving excuse that our system is not showing the medicine...

      I am a retired officer of SBI. I have started to register an order for supply of medicines on 9th Feb.2022. Order No. is [protected]. for register of order and billing, delivery etc there are many stages in UR world app. although two days are over after starting of order registration, I have reached at the Billing stage only. two days are over after my hard efforts.
      Beauty of the same is that nobody is responing to the calls. I had been given tele. No. that is mobile [protected] as helpline number. From morning my effort is to get a connection/response from the other side. always exchange responds that the Phone is outside coverage area.
      My only request to the Apollo Pharmacy is that put into practice the proclomations and advertisements into practice.

        Defect product (Pulse oximeter) retuned and no refund issued

        I purchased Oximeter through Apollo 24/7 app and i received the product. When checked its damaged and unable to use. So i raised return on same day but there was no response even after multiple communications. Then i login complaint in Consumer forum, so after that they arranged for return pick up.         I have ordered for minoxidil 5% solution with your Apollo pharmacy Kolathur, ph: +[protected] on Feb-6th noon for home delivery .. today we are in Feb-9th, 8.30 pm .. still home delivery not done … usually, with stock I get delivery from other pharmacies within 6 hours ..without stock, I get delivery max within 24 hours .. having Apollo name, it’s been 3 days and still your staffs don’t say when they will deliver .. very pathetic service and I will never use or recommend Apollo pharmacy henceforth ..

              I have ordered 9 items of medicine Such as
              1. Aziresp 250mg
              2. Dermadew acen fash wash
              3. Medwhite gel 15g
              4. Nadoxin gel 10g
              5. Vitoxy forte
              6. Dermadew acen soap
              7.Salyzap body spray
              8. Teczine 10mg
              9. Zit 20mg
              through Apollo 247 pharmacy app of total amount of 2130 on Feb, 2, 2022 .( ORDER NO.[protected]
              and my medicines delivered on 5 feb, 2022 but when i open the medicine package, my most of medicines are not available in the package (5 medicines are missing) such as-
              1. Aziresp 250mg
              2. Dermadew acen fash wash
              3. Medwhite gel
              4. Nadoxin gel
              5. Vitoxy forte
              and bill no of these medicine is 11796DS0274911.
              So i want to resolve my problem immediately and my missing medicine to get delivered to me otherwise refund my money(of missing 5 items ).

                The delivery executive did not handover the medicines. Despite he reached on the doorstep.
                He was demanding more money that Apollo should pay to him.
                Pathetic experience with apollo.
                Highly disappointed and I would never like to order again from this pharmacy.

                First of all it got delivered late and what if the person is in urgent need of medicine! And when the executive came he denied to handover the medicine by saying that no option is coming up that medicine is delivered and secondly he was asking for more money even though it was not reflecting on the app.
                I made the payment online and no resolution has been provided yet. Just receving message that somebody from our team will contact you shortly.
                But no call back received.
                I would like to give worst feedback to the delivery feedback regarding this act and for rude behavior.

                I would suggest not to order from this pharmacy.

                  Faulty Digital Thermometer

                  I purchased Apollo thermometer on 23rd January. In just 5 days the thermometer started showing wrong readings. I was suffering from COVID and when i had no fever the thermometer was showing me fever of 102-103 and it was increasing every 1 hour. Luckily I had another thermometer due to which I got confirmed that the one purchased on 23rd Jan was giving wrong readings. This led me to go through a lot of mental pressure and i would like to...

                  There was not test solution in the tube. Defective product was sent. pharmacy always refuses to deliver medicine. Very bad service.

                      Promotional Messages

                      I recently purchased medicines from Apollo Pharmacy and from then onwards I have been contantly receiving promotional messages.

                      I receive even 2-3 messages on a daily basis.

                      Please stop the messages as soon as possible and I also do not want any further promotional messages from Apollo Pharmacy....
