I regret to inform you that I ordered the medicines with prescription on September 8, 2022 through UR WORLD APP for SBI Personnel and even on September 13, 2022, app preface shows preparing bill. I am 68 years old and need medicine but such a pathetic attitude towards sbi customers is hampering the trust we have entrusted to you. Kindly expedite the order.
If there is any loophole on my part or prescription please do let me know on my registered number Or email address as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be left with no other option but to purchase the medicine through local market.
