[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Delivered versus ordered medicines | |||
I am a brain tumour patient residing near Apollo Pharmacy, Garia Hater More. 27th April 2021, 21:38 hrs., I sent them a list of medicines urgently needed by me to through a WhatsApp message. They told me they'd deliver the medicines on the 28th. They did deliver on the 28th, but the wrong medicines. I had ordered 30 tablets of Cipcal 500, which they did not deliver. Instead of 30 tablets of Crocin 650 ordered, they delivered 30 tablets of Calpol 500. They also delivered 15 tablets of Pyregesic 650, which I had not ordered. When I requested them the same day to correct the mistakes, they agreed. However, they didn't. Today, when I reminded them of the issue, they said that for a replacement, I have to go to the store myself tomorrow. How inhuman can they be, considering that I have been their regular client for a long time. I am now seriously thinking of stopping all transactions with them.
