it's been over a month and medicines are not yet delivered .If not possible to deliver it, refund the amount....

Didnt receive my order which i ordered from Apollo pharmacy online ORDER NO[protected]

I have purchased 3 items online from Apollo Pharmacy on 26th April 2021, ORDER ID[protected], i make payment through Google Pay which is Rs.313/- Money will be deducted from my account, and COD is not available due to covid.but now till yet there is no update regarding my order, I mailed him but no reply from there side, chat support also not helping us, and customer care number is also not working, and in my order there is no product showing in his website. and bill confirmation is also not given from his side, please help and take action on apollo pharmacy.they making fool.

Medicines are being sold at MRP, same medicines could be bought at much lower price.
Also one more fraudulent thing noticed on the bill, although medicines were sold without any prescription but on the bill prescription Dr Name is mentioned, means some commission will be paid to that doctor.

Will never ever go to Apollo Pharmacy and also ask friends and relatives to not to go, also will post the same thing on social...

There has been a huge delay in delivery of critical medicine for
Order#[protected].The order was placed on 25th Apr2021 8:44AM & yet to deliver as on 17th Apr 2021 11:30 AM.
My Client ID(UHID) is APJ1.[protected].
This issue can be summerized as follows:
1)Contrary to to the popular claim of 2-3 hrs delivery, the order has taken more than 48 hrs with no information as to when the order will delivered.br...

On 22.04.21 I ordered a face steamer on Apollo pharmacy online app, and they promised me the date of delivery is 23.04.21 and till (26.04.21) the product was not delivered and when ever am trying to contact them they keep on raising complaint tickets and issue was not resolved and am a covid patient and am not supposed to go out to bring the steamer so I ordered on online and they have done this much delay and there is proper responce too.

I have purchased medicines from your Kalkaji, New Delhi-19 stores, yesterday, on 24/04/2021, vide invoice no. CS0695691 for 362.95/-

My requirement was for Ivermectin 12 mg. 5 tablet, but they have supplied mectin 12 - 10 tablets, which is 95/- per 10 tablet.

But in the billing they have mentioned as VERMACT 12 mg - 3 tablets @ Rs.37.25 each... i was surprised to see such manipulation on medicines, as the actual requirement was different, supplied different tablet and billing done for different medicine and qty. How can we expect such illegal practices from Apolo Pharmacy, as this is very serious issue. I strongly believe that Apolo is promoting duplicate medicines in the market, and covering the same, by manipulating it, in billing.

I have raised the issue and the billing staff has taken back the invoice and immediately cancelled it.

When we demanded for the bill, again, they have raised another bill of same Invoice Number, but the same manipulation of 3 nos VERMACT12 mg.-, but supplied us Mectin 12 - 10 nos., against Dolo 650 mg - issued the invoice for Crocin 650 mg and against Doxy 1, they have supplied us DoxyJack - 10 nos. but raised the bill for 25 nos. AP cough drops.

Your Organisation has made a mockery of GST Invoices, and playing with the system.

- you are billing for any item and any qty.
- you are billing for wrong item and wrong price
- you are creating risk of our Mediclaim get rejected.

We are going to raise this issue to the consumer forum and Finance ministry, for disrespecting the system guidelines.

I was purchased oxometer from sama road shop on 10th April @1750rs. Shop keeper said price is 1500rs.

I have taken 486 medicine and he send me one phone link and i have paid also and again he send me one more link and asking me to pay however the amount was got dedacted from my account and just i am askibg check your data base however he tacking to me with valgar language and he is not given mrdicin or amount this tooooo bad.

I have ordered medicines online in Apollo Pharmacy. They didnt delivery the correct amount of medicines and more over when i contacted the branch store. they wasted my time saying they will be delivering soon but later didnt and neither they refunded the money back. the supervisor of the branch store was very rude and started shouting on me instead of being sorry.

I recently purchased medicine in Apollo Pharmacy Kacheguda Hyderabad. Since I got prompt on Phone app after 3 Minutes the store manager was asking me to do payment as soon as possible. How can a. Customer pay without getting link. He said other customers are important. Seriously?? Every customer should be important for Apollo Pharmacy. I am a very loyal customer of Apollo, this is unacceptable behaviour.

I placed an order for hand sanitizer with order number[protected] on 22 April 2021. Unfortunately the order was cancelled from company's side and i was not at all informed and neither did i get the refund.

I was ordered Medicines on 15th April. But i still didn't receive it. My order id is[protected]..

I had placed an order last night for the prescribed medicines and as per the status it was to be delivered by today 12PM.

But as per the current status it is still not packed and shipped.
Can you please look into this on top most priority as I am in urgent need of these medicines.

Hi All,

I booked for a steamer and it's price was 400 Rs as there in online portal, and I prepaid the amount, it's delivered, when I was checking they did bill for 400 Rs and in the product it showing 350 Rs, for this I raised a complaint, till now there is no response, already 15 days over, if I book/raise a complaint it shows within 24 to 48 hours you'll get resolution, till now there is no response and it's a worst service, cheating like anything, please help me on this.
