I had called apollo pharmacy (Elecon garden) located in anand, gujrat to ask for a l’oréal kajal to be delivered at my place and my location is within the delivery jurisdiction.

Had communicated with me regarding the sale over the phone and i had requested him to redeem my points and remaining balance will be paid in cash on delivery.
Since he was busy at the pharmacy attending other customers, he informed me to call back regarding the same.
I didn’t not hear back from him inspite of 2 calls made again to him and requested him to send it as the closing time was approaching soon.
After no response i called around 23:03 pm and he answered the call.
After the closing time, he informed me that the packaging of the product is damaged, which was not checked earlier.
He also informed me that the shop is now closed and i will only get the delivery next day.
He did not inform me about this earlier as he did not bother to check the product before hand
And decided to check my points to redeem on the system first.
Seeing his response, i informed him that i will complaint about the matter.
Upon hearing this, he even told me his id number and did not care if i raise a complaint.
He replied ‘ i am just doing my job’
I informed him that he is not doing his job properly.
Such kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not expected from a reputed medical organisation like apollo.
