[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — delivery of medicine not on time

I m from north delhi your near by pharmacy in Shakti Nagar when I ordered some medicine thy didn’t delivered on time
When I cal 4-5 times he told me delivery boy is in field, u get ur medicine wth in 15-20 min. My home wthin 7 min walking distance wth ur pharmacy. I ordered my medicine at4:30pm till9:45 I didn’t get the medicine the in the pharmacy he speak roodly and in the end I told him I complained abt you he replied sure Kar do complain
The behaviour of that guy is very bad he didn’t get the patient will call for medicine only

Thanks for be concern wth customer complaint, hope it wouldn’t repeat again in future, i[censored] concern abt ur patient complaint your quality work and image of your company name both becomes safe, becoz
of rude staff or uneducated staff thy getting down to ur status..so it’s gud to be in touch wth ur staff and hire always educated staff who understood the problem of patients.
Becoz you People attend patients not customer only.
