Apollo Pharmacy — Delivery related issues

Hi, this is Mahesh from Bangalore. I have placed an order for medicines on 23rd July 2022 from Apollo 24/7 app. The estimated delivery time was 27th July 2022. But I haven’t received the delivery yet and I am not able to contact there customer care. I have raised a query regarding this but they wont reply for any mails and only automated replies will be sent. And without contacting me regarding the query the will close my complaint ticket.
