Promotional SMS

Hi There,

While going for 1st dose of my vaccination, one person asked my mobile number and I had given thinking that it is for head count purpose.

From next day onwards, started receiving the text messages daily twice. Do I look like a patient or you are selling some food products to send promotional SMS daily with discounts.

Unsubscribe Promotional Message from Apollo Pharmacy

I purchased a product via Apollo mobile app. And after downloading the app, I am receiving multiple promotional sms per day.

I dont want to receive any of these as they are very irritating.

I tried to block contacts, unsubscribe to sms(APOLLO UNSUB to [protected]) but nothing works, I am still receiving those promotional messages.

I have uninstalled the app but its not helping either.

Getting constat SMS

In spite of being registered with DND, sending SMS to the number asking Apollol Pharmacy to stop sending SMS, and also writing to their customer care email, I am still getting 20 to 25 SMS everyday...

Health credits not being updated

I have purchased and still purchasing using Apollo 24/7(Circle) with a transaction of more than 2500 per month.
All of sudden my health credits is not updating and no proper health credits are been credited and showing with negative value.

I am not getting any kind of response from Apollo pharmacy WhatsApp support and ticket.

Pharmacy at Keelkattalai branch denied me the gift to a regular customer. I retired from Central Govt services and a regular customer for the last 13 years. First they agreed and later they said the three umbrellas are diffective and could not give. I asked to show an umbrella while bringing medicines (home delivery)....

Unsubscribe Promotional Message from Apollo

Hi I have called your customer care service twice and tried to get my number out of your SMS list for promotional messages.

But as usual it has fallen to deaf ears. I will never ever purchase anything from Apollo in my entire life!

You guys are absolutely pathetic and despite the consumer’s requests, you do not care.

From here on, I will be reporting this to the cyber crime cell for harassment....

Report are not up to the mark and agent also not providing correct information

Team - Here is the Order Id: #[protected] and Order Id: #[protected] which i booked from 24*7 Apollo app but all services were not up to the mark, i did same level of test from other hospital and it was heal and heaven difference, if i continue with doctor investigation with Apollo report i would die, hence please take care my request, either please do my rest or refund my money ASAP.
