I ordered 2 items on July 18, which include a cream and soap. I've kept the call recordings with the delivery guy as proof, also created a ticket on Apollo app but no response from Apollo pharmacy.
Ticket Id- 960238
Also it was supposed to be OTP delivery, like without OTP the product will not get delivered. But then also how did it got delivered?
Kindly take some action on this and Apollo pharmacy....

I have purchased lumber sacro support belt from appolo pharmacy for my mother the size has minimum so when I visited to exchange size from your pharmacy the employee told that we can't exchange the product and roodh languages using on my father need size replacement otherwise I escalate to wide plz do the needful

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Apollo Products

The issue that I have experienced was: Hi team i was out of station and had emailed them about the
same but still the order status show order delivered i checked with neighbors security and they have
confirmed that it is not delivered.

I am go from Apollo Pharmacy 11 Jul 8:57 pm He is a medicine costing Rs 128 but the agent of that pharmacy takes cash payment from me and paytm wallet payment I tell him you are taking rupees twice give me a refund once but he keeps turning me around and not giving me my money back.It keeps telling me your payment is in processing It's been ten days now, they are constantly turning me around...

For my ORDER #[protected], As per online status, the medicines were packed at 5 pm yesterday, however the delivery person attempted delivery only after 3 pm today. His behaviour was not good and he was arguing. when I asked why there is a delay, he told you cancel we can't do anything. After that he cancelled the order. My self Madhuri Ajaykumar Patil, ( Emp- code :- APL47757) working with team, in apollo pharmacy under Apollo Pharmacies Limited (Division of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, Bhandup- West, Mumbai- 400078), from 14 Feb 2022 till date.
The reason to send the mail to organisation is very much painful for me as a employee of Apollo for complaint against my division.

I placed one order amounted 918.77 which got cancelled by apollo.
For this, I have not yet received the complete refund.

I made the payment using cred app via indusind card. Cred is saying that they have not received the refund.

There has been delay in delivery of critical medicine for order no #[protected],
There is no customer support system
Everytime you keep raising the ticket for your order delay but not get any resolution
Order has been processed you can't even cancel
How apollo give a promising date and time with a medicine order when you can't deliver
at least should be a customer support system that understands your customer's...

Dear Sir,
I have purchased surgical mask box at Rs 500 from Apollo Pharmacy 14th July 2022 in Moolakulam branch at 7.40 pm. To my surprise, i found all the mask without elastic knot. I approached the shop about the default. But to my surprise the lady in the shop argued that the masks in the box is not theirs and she not accepted eventhough i produced my bill.
I got terrible experience in Apollo pharmacy. She cannot accept...

There is an Appolo pharmacy in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. They are very inefficient in doing their job. To buy asimple medicine, customers sometimes have to wait for even 20 minutes, even when there is no rush. The workers are very slow and some of them don't even know which thing is placed where. I can see the medicine myself, it's right there in front, even then they just keep on delaying things and making customers wait for long unnecessarily....

I haven’t received my refund yet, it’s almost been 2 weeks.
Kindly escalate the matter to higher authority if you are not able to handle it.
I am constantly mailing the helpdesk and apollosupport for the same but all in vain. The issue isn’t been taken seriously. I have ordered the medicines from the app and paid for the same through paytm, the order was cancelled by the app itself since then it is showing refund initiated...

I changed my old Mobile Phone No. & Mail ID and no longer does this number belongs to me. For that reason, I want to change my Mobile no with Apollo Pharmacy. But how is this possible?
I mailed this matter to Customer Care but my mail is rebound to me. Also called Customer Care but no person took my phone.
So, please tell me how I shall change the phone & mail id?
