Apollo Pharmacy — Denying the discount due to me

Apollo gives10% discount and it will reflect when the next transaction takes place. It means I can buy medicines for the balance in my account until the current urchase. Today I was told my discount total accumulation was rs. 126 but the staff did not allow me and insisted on my paying full price of 595 for my today's ourchase; they said net not working. All I need is they can call me and pay me the accumulated balance in cash because i paidin cash for todays purchase.
