Medicines order delayed

This is regarding the issue with delivery for order #[protected]. Below are details:

order placed: April 10th, 2021
Expected Delivery: April 13th, 2021

We are still awaiting a response from your team. While taking circle membership, a 2 hr delivery was promised. We paid charges to get on time delivery and are still facing so many issues to get the delivery done.

Apollo logistics is absolutely worst. Medicines are the most important items to be prioritized and get delivered on time, any delay will have a life impact. I ordered a medicine for my wife on 18th March and they promised to deliver on 21st March then they changed the date to 25th march and today is 18th April still I did not get my order. There is delay in all my online orders, even after multiple attempts I am not getting response from Apollo team. Apollo logistics is absolutely worst. Medicines are the most important items to be prioritized and get delivered on time, any delay will have a life impact. I hope Apollo knows it better than anyone. Wrong item delivered yet no response

I opt for personal delivery to ensure proper medicines delivered & credit card payment.

Partial order /Items Missing in delivery

Sir/madam, I have placed for medicines worth Rs .1996 approximately, but I received a quarter of my order.Received only two variants of medicine in desired quantity and the remaining order is missing.There is no intimation from the side of Apollo Pharmacy and am shocked when opened the package and the app shows items delivered.

Store is closed even it says service at 24/7

I need to take medicines for my dad.it is such an emergency that i have travelled more than 10kms after finding out that this store opens 24/7.But its closed. Bad advertisement of brand.If you want to build trust do what you say.Such a shame....

I raised a request to deliver a product on 28th Feb, your executive marked this order as delivered but product not delivered at my location, When I spoke to delivery guy, he confirmed me that product can not be delivered and will be returned to medical store.
