I want to change mobile number in my apollo pharmacy purchase card. My older Sim card lost so that I want to add my new number. I asked in one of the apollo pharmacy, they are telling that can't be able to change the mobile number. Then how can I utilize the balance in that account?

    Damaged product received

    I online ordered Accu check Active strips on Apollo pharmacy website (order id[protected] delivered on 18-Nov-2022). Product I received was opened and its batch no. was not matching with the batch no. mentioned in the bill. There is a code chip that comes with these strips and it was missing too. Without this chip, these strips are not usable at all.

    Unwanted repeating promotional messages

    I have never ever used Apollo Pharmacy. I just looked for a medicine there only once and they asked to put my contact no. to look for delivery. The item was out of stock that’s why I couldn’t order.
    But since then, I have been receiving reckless promotional messages from Apollo at least 3 messages daily .
    Do you even have any slight idea how spamming and distracting that is.
    I even got Do Not Disturb turned...

    Partial Delivery of items and no response

    I have ordered some tablets through apollo on 7th November. Order number is #[protected]. Where i got 2 units of collaflex pro +. I ordered 5 boxes of collaflex pro +. I got only 3 units. Then i raised a complaint in the app and then have shown no response and no response even after calling to their customer care. No refund or no delivery of the shortage boxes.

      Denying the discount due to me

      Apollo gives10% discount and it will reflect when the next transaction takes place. It means I can buy medicines for the balance in my account until the current urchase.         I want to change my registered mobile number on apollo pharmacy purchasing card but i am not able to change the mobile number as during the procedure its asking for an otp which is an impossible task to do as the sim card number no longer belongs to me.

        No alternate option is available to change registered mobile number.

              Non delivery of medicine timely

              I placed an order on 15/10/2022 on Apollo 24x7, order Number[protected], but it hasn't delivered till now, Lodged complaint vide ticket no. 1312713 & 1314586,
              But I am receiving system generated apologise email, while my issue is stand unattended and without any resolution.
              Pls resolve my issue on priority.

              I have Unsubscribed from SMS marketing services three times till now but I still keep on getting multiple SMS throughout the day.

              Also, not to mention the strategy that I have noted, once I dropped the message for revoking subscription, for 1-2 days, I do not get SMS and then the keep on increasing the frequency over the period. This is very frustrating and it has to be stopped immediately.

              Also to note, I have DND activated but I still keep on getting SMS.

              Please stop this ASAP and this ill practice of harassing consumers!!

                ORDER #[protected] expected to deliver by 8th Oct'22 at 10:30 am actually received on 11th Oct'22 at 10:15 am. Apollo247 Customer Services was giving false promises about delivery and keep then that relevant backend team working on expediting the delivery but no proper answer. I keep requesting them to provide what all medicines available from nearby stores but no help provided. I am told since it's single order so we can't split it and you have to wait for it. It's not acceptable that Medicine delivery taking 4 days where company tag is 2 hrs. I keep requesting them to connect me to escalation team but customer support not able to provide any help and keep telling to wait and wait. Which is not acceptable. I would like to levy atleast 5 times of my order value penalty on Apollo247 for amicable resolution.
