[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — discrepancies relating to health credit of apollo advantage card no.[protected]

On 30th august, 2020 i have got a message from vm-apollo that "u have earned 18.95 health credits (Hc) on trxn dated 30/08/2020. Use 53.97 hc balance @any apollo centre." On 03/09/2020 i go to nihati apollo pharmacy for procuring some medicine item and asking them to adjust and utilise the said hc balance of 53.97 but they said that the available hc balance of the said card no.[protected] is rs.32.41 that is the difference of rs.21.56. Hence i do not clear why such discrepacise occured to my card, please explain with necessary back-up and detailed break-up and immediately Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Sep 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Till date no such steps taken by the company to resolve my complain, No such emailed to me, No such caal to me, I they like to keep mum themselves, they are not at all INTERESTED to resolve this type of problem, I think this practice is very much harmful to the society and should be treated as violation of principle of natural justice Apollo Pharmacy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
