[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — employee reckless behavior

On 26. Dec.2018 around 17.30 hrs i have purchased medicines at appolo pharmacy, manjakuppam cuddalore. Whenever i visit the pharmacy your employee use to ask my mobile number and name for billing purpose, i have been informed by him that there is some problem in the system and that’s the reason why he is asking my detail for so many months.
I have advised him that not ask for name or with any customers which makes them frustrated, but unfortunately he is not in a position to listen the customer advise and he replied recklessly which makes me to write this compliant.
Please note these kind of irresponsible behavior will reduce apollo's reputation and customers will not come back.
