In ref. To my complaint id 2589087 regarding the above, again i want to draw your kind attention and again requesting to remove my difficulties as applied before you. If you are satisfied and willing to pay back my excess amount which has been paid in your counter, please let me know the procedure how can i get the amount back, then i will send you the details as asked for. Your concern is very large and grate, keeping the same in mind, i prayed about my misery with many hopes.
Please note that the excess deducted is for matilda forte capsules in line 3 of invoice, which was actually supplied to me is 60 nos. But amount calculated for 120 nos., your pharmacist corrected the quantity in invoice through pen but forgotten to corrected the same in calculation of cost. The photo of invoice enclosing again for your kind consideration.
