Today, i am visiting your hridaypur pharmacy for collecting my regular medicine for my mother. My is a regular customer of your appolo pharmacy. Every month i am collecting medicine and showing prescription of chennai apolo hospital doctor.
But today, when i am going to your hridaypur store, one of your employee (Ap52532) showing insulting behavior.

This is suresh kondapalli, today i had a bad experience in apollo pharmacy in nacharam-500076
I have take 1 product in this pharmacy they said 130/-, i asked to them any discount is there, they said me above 200/- ok that is fine, when i am paying in paytm it is 118/-, why they r making money like this not a correct,

Give me explanation about this, this happened in march 5th

I had paid in paytm check the once [protected], this is worst experience

Apollo pharmacy vaporiser bought on 14th jan 2020...it was not working after couple of weeks, gave to them and they fixed it, again it's not working...
It's a useless product and the response by pharmacy is atrocious..

I had ordered seacod capsules on 22/2/20, order id[protected] @ rs 172.12 which appeared on their site, and which appears today also. But it was not delivered because they say the price is more and i have to pay the difference if i want delivery. They have cancelled the order on their own and have not refunded the amount also.
Had it been an emergency, they would have extorted more money to deliver medicine.
I have lost trust in apollo pharmacy.
Shame upon them.
Their site is not updated and they cheat customers.

Apollo pharmacy is cheating customer by saying they will give 5% discount, but in bill they give only 3% discount, thousands of customers are losing due to Apollo pharmacy billing scam.

Is any agency looking into these types of cheats.

On 24/02/2020 i placed order for medicines at 5 o'clock at manikonda apollo pharmacy and person on the other end said it will delivered within half an hour. I mentioned it is very urgent. I kept calling them and they kept on postponing the timings. It was till 10 oclock at the night they did not delivered the products nor did they told me about cancellation of the order and switched off the phone. Next morning when i called to enquire the person do not wanted to listen also. If they dosnt have enough people to do home delivery why do they say even take orders. There are many other pharmacies who also deliver at doorstep. This is not for the first time i have faced the problem. They don't understand the meaning o[censored]rgent.

Good morning sir. I have worked as a pharmacist in apollo pharmacy for 1.6 yrs. I feel it was a worst experience to work there. After resigning from your organization also i didn't get free from your trouble. 5 months i have completed still i didn't get my certificates, still how many days time i should give for certificate relieving and staff is also very rude and careless. Because of you i lost my jobs after joining also due to the that still i didn't get my certificates. No job no salary from few months. The job which i have joined recently is also at risk now, i was continously asking hr and regional office but they are not responding and fooling me. Shall i proceed legally sir all are playing with me. I want to complaint to the police because my issue is not getting cleared. I have made a complaint 10 days before also in the feedback and suggestions customer care, there was no response

Hi often i visit opollo pharmacy and i feel great to shop there but recently the sales person are behaving rude. When we ask for a product, instead of giving they ask us to find or pick up by ourselves. How would we know where the products are kept? Why they are there if they cant assist the customer!? Also sales person put customers on wait. Rudely they speak up with the customers....

I bought items worth 127 rs . Once the sales person initiated a payment of 100 by mistake then he again initiated a payment request of 127, both on phone pe . I paid 100 then he said its cancelled even when payment transaction was successful. I again had to pay 127. He said it ll be refunded in 2 days automatically but it is still not done yet it's been 4 days now. Yesterday he said we cannot do anything from our end. N made excuses. Please help in the matter. Ll be attaching the transaction screenshot. Please note 127 is the successful bill transaction n 100 rs is supposed to be refund as as per him it was not billed .

I have been a regular customer of apollo pharmacy beeramguda. My doctor advised me to take vit d solutions and i have taken 5bottles of each which costed 73rs each. As my doctor said u can stop them now i have went for the pharmacy stating return of medicine, the guy stated me that there is no return policy or exchange since one mnth. I am a doctor and according to the usfda and other guidelines every pharmacy has a rule of taking the medicine...

On dec 10 i tried booking online order on ask apollo app.
Money got decuted but transaction failed.
No confirmation message or notification from apollo.

But paytm said money debited to your account

I have send 15 queries including calling and mails.

No resolution yet.

I have to send consumer court intimation, for that i want written final reply from your side.

I will claim 650 rs plus interest from 10dec and 5000 as the cost of disturbance you have given with the fraud.

Reply to this forum if you are really resolving the query.

Paytm asking to share your statement on that day. 10th dec 2019.

Hi, I had to contact 10 times. Seems when they thought of expanding business, they took care of this mail. There are still many problems with apollo medicine delivery. Not even near to 5 % of what Myra app used to do. I still dont recommend Apollo pharmacy online as they do not have robust customer support yet. Customer support is very lazy and not competent enough for this profile. Thanks.

I would like to return and refund the medicines also go through the need help- they are telling us to wait and yet their is no response from them and returns policy before 2 days is been over.

I visited the shop today to buy a medicine . After buying the medicine when I paid in cash, the person told me they do not have change ( although I just gave 100 rs n medicine was for 18 rs) n asked me to pay through Paytm, their paytm link was also not working n then they asked me to pay through card which I was not having. I told them all I have is cash at the moment n they told me to return the medicine with a very rude n arrogant behaviour. I tried to speak the store manager who told his name as Manish Kumar n he turned out to be the most arrogant person with zero customer value... this is how customers r treated...ppl should ensure to have paytm or card before visiting this pharmacy

On 15th feb 2020 at morning 5:00 am ist i visited apollo pharmacy at shop no 1 & 2, shanti vihar complex mira road, shanti nagar, opposite sector 2, thane, maharashtra 401107. I had an emergency and needed some medicines but to my surprise the shopkeepers were sleeping right in front of the gate and inspite of banging the gate.. Shouting and yelling they did not come out of sleep. Finally i gave up and started searching for a different store....

Item booked on 8-feb-20, vide order no[protected]. On 10-feb, one person from the store mentioned that the item cannot be delivered as there is price mismatch.
I mentioned to them to take up with the office as i have purchased from apollo based on the price quoted online and payment also also.
However they are still to come back - neither they have delivered my item, nor the store manager is calling back to resolve the problem, not they are refunding the money.
I am very much disturbed.

The transaction was done on 24/01/2020and the payment was done via phonepay. Twice payment has been made on shopkeeper's advise that money will be returned but instead of several follow up there is no response from them.

They do not consider it seriously and haven't yet take initiative to resolve the issue.

Its been almost 11 days since then and still the issue is pending to be resolved. I am very upset with the services of apollo & phonepay both.

Please help me to resolve the matter asap.
