[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — extremely poor customer service

Dear team,

I have the most bizarre and bitter customer service experience at apollo pharmacy, noida sector 107, shop number 4, sunworld vanalika.

Though, the store has a consistent record of extremely poor customer service, but this time, i have got an invoice as a proof of the shoddy customer service.

I ordered a medicine at 10.56 am and also requested the executive to redeem my reward points in lieu of the payment amount.

The executive called at 11.49 am and asked for the otp which would have come for the redemption. He took more than an hour just to complete this exercise. I was quite ill and wanted the medicine in an urgency.

However, the medicine did not arrive till 14.37 pm. I again called the store to expedite the delivery. The executive communicated that it will take some more time. When i reminded him that the order was placed at 10.56 am. He said that it will be delivered in 15 minutes. The medicine was delivered at 15.05 pm. I was not surprised when i saw that the invoice had a time of 11.51 am printed on it.

The distance between the store and my apartment is around 100 metres (One hundred metres).

Can somebody explain how much time it would take to cover such a long distance???

In case you are wondering why this particular store is not doing a good business, this could well be the reason behind it.

Hopefully someone would take notice of it and try to build the "apollo" image - in case apollo has any.
