I have a complaint...
It's been more than a month... There was a problem with one of my transactions..in which amount had been deducted..
Becausr of not received by the merchant side, i was asked to pay again. And the previous paid amount will be refunded for sure.
I used to call the retailer.. He used to tell it will take time.. But no action was taken...

On 23february 2019i visiting apollo pharmacy raghavendra nagar, rajakilpakkam for buying huggies diaper large thirty two pants. The manufacturing date printed was june 2016. I wonder how can such a old stock be sold!? The lady present there answered rudely bill and products photos attached. The pack it self is dirty and unclean. I am worried about the health of my child. I am a regular apollo pharmacy customer and a member. I generally order from the julena outlet near new friends colony. However the customer service there has been horrible. The staff is insolent and does not take any respinsibility. I ordered a few sos medicines and i kept calling them for updates and they kept saying it is coming. However when i called once again more than two hours later, a particular manoj in the staff said that they couldn't deliver it since the delivery boy hadn't come. Is it not the responsibility of the staff to at least inform me that the medicine will not be delivered, even when i have been regularly calling for updates? I am shocked at this horrible behaviour on the part of the apollo pharmacy staff, that too of such a large organisation. And this is not a lone incident. This issue has been occurring for a while. Everytime there is some issue or the other with delivery and an average of two hours is taken to deliver even the smallest of orders, even when the distance between the shop and my address is barely 500 metres. I would like authorities to please check whatever issue they have with delivery, and if they can't deliver medicine then they should just say so. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

We had a boy/nurse who came in to clean the room steal an iphone from the room. Since we could track the iphone using "find my phone" we were confident it was in the hospital and after much persuasion, the supervisor was able to get the phone from the boy who stole it.

I was not in the room and came in next morning to find out the details. It was my family that had to go through the traumatic experience.

printer problem medicine bills are not giving, Hydershakote hyderabad-500091, not allowing phonepay and paytm, they are giving their personal number for payment, not giving bill telling printer problem, they are not giving change also,

from 6 months phone pay and paytm not working, not giving bill also.
we are facing so much problem with this pharmacy.

I had visited apollo pharmacy number of times in last 2 months for basic medicines and injections, they never have these medicines, all they have is dipers, dettol, soaps. Today in emergency situation i visited apollo chikkadpally for avil tablet or injection, they did not have it. There is no use of having this pharmacy open for 24 hours when they don't maintain stock of basic medicines.

I purchased a vacccine for my wife it was a antiviral vaccine suggeeted by doctor for chickenpox, he was unaware of my wife pragnancy. But later i came to know that, vaccine cant be taken during pregnancy. My wife was pregnant. When i try to return product, pharmacist deny to refund and argued. I need a resolution it's 1600 rs producr which is not a small cost. Kindly look into the matter. I need refund or else suggest me what options are availavle. I had consulted doctors this vaccine igb is more. It was kept in freezer as it is with icepack.

I had purchased medicine from apollo pharmacy and they give excess medicine instead of doctor prescribtion. I am very disappointed from this because the excess medicines i dnt need its a full waste of my money.. Is there any policy of medical board of pharmacy so plz provide it to me. This is not good for customers... I strongly recommend our medical board not to buy medicines from apollo pharmacy if such kind of policy existing in apollo.

When i approached apollo pharmacy arunodaya nagar branch, nagole, hyderabad, telangana for 7 nos. Diabetes tablets, they said i should take 15 nos. Because they come in one sheet and they do not want to cut the sheet, otherwise they cannot give. Choosing no. Of tablets is my option or pharmacist? They are simply denying. When i asked them to give in writing they said they do not give.

I hv very bad experience with this company. They were not giving proper response for my baby food powder delivery.4-5 answers from call center nd the partner with them "ecom" third class service.
Never order from this site in emergency.
They are not going to support you or not going to give u on time delivery.
I made order of 5600 rupees still didn't get a delivery.

Dear your all senior level position staff are choir and they openly taking irrational money in name of expenditure and expenses. Now a day's your delhi hr department making fool of staff as they taking maoney in staff name and doing scame. If you want to take action you have to contact low level staff who are starving for salary increment but your manager and executive their staff salary in their graves.

So if you are honest then take legal action.

I purchased babybest diapers on 6-2-2019 when returned to the pharmacy within 2 minutes to exchange with huggies, the pharmacist rejected that we dont have exchange facility. Such a big pharmacy brand and dont have exchange facilty seems funny. Pharmacy location yousufguda checkpost hyderabad kindly look into this as i am a regular customer to apollo pharmacy.

Just now at 6 p. M i bought 1 strip of zinetac 150 mg tabs at hyderabad airport apollo pharmacy. The mrp is rs.22.67 but your sales person asked for rs.25.00 when i asked for change he has no change. I feel if he doesn't have change he should tell and oblige rather than asking for rs. 25/. I work for abbott nutrition and we have a good collaborated business. On 31/1/19 i have placed order for cystofert tablet and your employee of navanagar hubli 580025 branch has taken order and entered in their register and also taken my mobile number and confirmed to give on 2/2/19. Today i went to chemist and asked tablets now they are telling it is not possible to give today you approach any other appollo pharmacy. It is not acceptable from apollo pharmacy....

I tried to login but always say invalid capcha (When sometime there is no capcha), also i tried to complaint says invalid capcha (When there is no capcha), no way to complaint/contact to apollo pharmacy. I bought medicine from apollo pharmacy rohini sector-18 on dtd 31/01/2019 of rs 396.20 and rs 56.80 same date. But till now no point credited to my card [protected]. It is to bring to your kind notice that on 22-Jan-2019, I purchase medicine named "REFZIL O 125 MG/30 ML SUSP" from Apollo pharmacy store located at ACE ASPIRE, Shop No. 8, Tech Zone -4, Gr. Noida (West).

I bought it for my 3 year old daughter as per doctor prescription. I even gave 5 dose to her before I noticed that medicine had already expired on 11/2018. Below are the few more details for the same.

Expiry Date - 11/2018
MRP - Rs. 124.00

Please take necessary action against the same and keep me informed on the same and set an example to that it should not happen again.
