Dear sir/madam, good evening, iam regularly visits the apollo pharmacy store at mamatha hospital road oppo new era school, khammam. At the time of purchasing of medicines the staff are not behaves properly and responded in a reckless manner mainly kiran. Shows much more impatience. Your brand name having very precious. But these fellows are degrading the esteem and firm worth. I, sincerely appeal to you, my intention not taking the action, but plz shift those persons to different stores. Thanking you, bnr, khammam

Its so painful and shameful to submit that the stores are Karwar does not have or sale Covid-19 mask till date. Even I went to the store in Karwar for mask. They just saying no stock.

Sir. Yobu from avadi (Advocate) today i purchased some tablets in the above branch i was claiming the bill no response to the pharmacy worker and misbehaving me. Two days before having medicine rupees 1892/- bill no.[protected]Hema ref no. [protected]) not to discount the bill. Today i am purchace rs 1608/- the worker not given the bill i question about them no response and misbehaving the pharmacy worker pls take action immediately and enquired about the matter. I am using my wife card (Hema no. [protected])

Have taken nebulizer 2 months back the machine is not working so i went to exchange the product this branch located at jalvayu vihar a person name with sampath. Spoke rudely with me and also not giving a proper proper information about the product in spite of that he is talking rudely.. Fishing going complaint to anybody i am not bothered for anything. He stated this and i complaint to police.. Anytime police can take action on this

Visited your kovaipudur br. Mask was worn by staff after our visit and she was sneezing, without covering mouth. So we paid 278₹ at 9.56 am &bill no 2020-apr-23 and came home with a sthalon. All shops here give 8 to 15 % discount. When we asked over phone [protected] at 10.57 am, cashier told above ₹200, discount is available. When we asked, why we were not given discount, she talked very rudely and insulted us. We have recorded the call and we plan to file suit in consumer court for deficiency in service and lack of hygiene in medical shop. For rs.104.28 worth items only i have received. They assure refund of
Rs.121 (Difference amount). But till today i have not received the difference
Amount of rs.121. Kindly arrange to solve my problem as early as possible.

I had ordered medicines in apollo pharmacy app online. I had already paid rs. 548.23 in online through order i\'d[protected] in 6 april 2020.11.04.2020 i had received my order in the name of cash on delivery for rs.648. So i paid extra 548.23 in online. Therefore kindly refund my rs.548.23 amount as soon as possible. Also computer generated bill is different from original cash on delivery bill.

Regularly I purchased all medicine at Madurai -625011 Glucomet GP 1mg. But the Apollo pharmacy salesman supplied Glucomet 1gram. This shows your service is very serious to the patient health. Immediately need your attention regarding this matter. I complained customer care. They give one mail address. But the mail is invalid iD.

Actually, this pharmacy owner kept its billing counter very far from the door and didn't allow anyone to come inside the store. If someone buy any medicine, it has to inform from the door only. But if you want to pay through credit card, this people ask your card and pin, to swipe it at the counter. But as ler rbi guidelines, you are not supposed to disclose your pin to any one. If i submit my credit card and pin to them, they can easily make a clone of it or click a picture of credit card. By using this details, they can easily misuse and make any payment afterall. We denied to disclose pin to them, then they started misbehaving with us. My father in law (Which is senior citizen) are disrespected by them.
I would ask apollo pharmacy to take strong action against them, otherwise i will sue them in a court or also file a complaint against them. As per rbi, no one can ask your credit card pin and if someone does so, then it is a criminal offence. We are allowed to insert pin itself in the machine. If you don't have portable machine then either you shift your counter near to door or deny credit card payment.
You are not supposed to disrespect any senior citizen.

I have ordered baby diapers order no.[protected] on date 28.03.2020 from ask apollo app of apollo pharmacy, but my order is cancelled by apollo pharmacy without any information/message/mail. Now almost 20 days are over i have not received refund in my account of cancelled order, inspite of repeated call and reminders. Every time i call they have only excuses and ask me to wait for 2-3 days.

I have visited Apollo pharmacy tarnaka branch, where seller dint provide me discount for 100 rupees and instead asked me to make bill 200 to get discount..please take action.

I am very frustrated to write this. My mother is getting treatment in cmc at vellore as she is having auto immune disease (Sle). As prescribed by doctors in cmc, my mother is taking hcqs 200 mg tablets on daily basis. We usually get this tablet (Hcqs) in apollo pharmacy in out home town arcot. As we all know that hcqs is currently considering as a medicine against corona, this tablet is not out of stock here. We had requested apollo pharmacy at arcot last week to buy this tablet. They are very harsh to the us and no respect while replying. They bare saying that none of the apollo pharmacy have this tablet at the moment. I need my mom to stay healthy. We know that hcqs is very sensitive medicine. Doctors told she should not stop this medicine.

At this moment i need my mom to stay longer. I dont want to complaint about pharmacists in arcot apollo. All i need is this tablet hcqs.

Please do the needful. Please save the life of my mom.

Not received till toady seeking refund amount immediatly

I purchased medicines on april 12, 2020 at apollo pharmacy, sector 3, niladrivihar, plot no 646.

I asked for the bill.. One person told me to collect later, then i demanded at that point of time only..

Then another persong gave me the bill and that is duplicate invoice which different from previous bill formate..

Is that bill is valid to claim in office? They are giving duplicate bills.

Today apollo pharmacy staff, came from sector 100 by the name of pradeep kumar singh to deliver the medicines at my residence and as requested earlier on the phone he didn't carry the machine with him.
When i asked for the credit card machine, he told me that he forgot to carry one and that he wouldn't give me the medicines.
Already the medicines were delivered late on top of it he spoke rudely. When i said that he can collect the money later as i am a resident and been ordering the medicines for last two years, he started hurling abuses.
When i called the pharmacy, their attitude was extremely casual as if they were doing me a favour.
Its a shame that a brand such as yours is least affected by basic human values and behavior. I definitely plan to take this up with local authorities.

I had so pleasure for taking medicines from apolo as it is a reputed in reputed pharmacy...
I have been ordering medicines for my father for the last 2years

Yesterday i noticed that instead of giving 4 stips, they have given 3 only, but made bill for the whole medicine..

Actually i have to pay 280 rupees only but have paid 422.10 rupees.

This is thing happening second time.

As i have more trust on your pharmacy, i didn't verify for the last 2 years, but now i noticed your medical agent's fraud.

So i am lodging complaint on your respective pharmacy so i request you to take action and be cautious about fraudster..
