[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Fake Promise and not resolving the issue

I have booked an order for "Himalaya Hiora-K Toothpaste" and "Colgate Slim Soft Charcoal Toothbrush" from Appollo 24/7 app like how i used to book a medicine for my father on March 6th 2022. It was an online transaction of 250Rs and the order was confirmed by the team. Once confirmed they haven't delivered the products although it's more than 18 days for now but the order is marked delivered by the delivery executive.

The delivery executive had called me on 13th of March 2022 and he provided false information that he is reaching to my location and to guide him as he was struggling to find the exact address of our property, i guided him my location for two days as he didn't come the first day also to deliver. Later i tried reaching him but he used to reject my calls, on March 17th 2022 he again tried reaching me and asked me what was the order value and i informed him it's worth 250Rs. Later he disconnected the call and marked the order as delivered without delivering, I have confirmed with all my family members and i even checked the camera recording in CCTV none of them had reached to my location.

On 17th March 2022 by 05:31 PM i started raising concern for helping me with Appollo 24/7 customer care people but there is no response from them till now and they are not even providing any information. They keep asking everytime what all happened and say our team will be calling you, whenever I call the customer care number although it's a paid call i have lost again 50Rs for the paid call but no resolution is being given. Inspite of providing resolution to the customer concern the call centre executives will be laughing at the background listening to the complete scenario.

Please help me how to proceed further because I have to teach them a lesson, I know lot's of customers like me are facing issues like the same or other but this should be an education for them to how to respond to the customer and provide quick and valid resolution for the customers concern.

The company had not called me i only called them and informed about the complainant which i booked here in consumer complainants and then they got to know all the details about the scenario, again they promised that they will be helping me. An executive from company assured me by asking to share the call recordings of the delivery executive and shared me a contact number 9885033615, as he assisted i shared all the call recordings which had a conversation b/w me and the fraud delivery executive. Today evening i got a call from +911171322509 and it was informed the amount has been refunded to my source account and apologized for the issue happened from their end. Also they assured me that severe action will be taken against the fraud delivery executive who was having medical and household products worth 3000rs and he is a regular fraud delivery executive who was working for an outsourcing company to deliver the essentials of Appollo 24/7.

Apollo Pharmacy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
