I have ordered AP ORTHOPAEDIC HEAT PAD but to my surpise it was damaged piece delivered to me and when i informed the store they told that they are helpless and cannt replace my product and then i called customer care executive and he suggested for half an hour and it will be resolved and replace the product but even after 24 hours noting has happened. Now customer care is not picking up the pone or even cutting the phone after hearing the call and putting on hold without informing this is a pure case of cheating from Apollo pharmacy and apollo pharmacy land craft Ghaziabad branch who is cheating with customers. Also not replacing the money. I can share the recording of the conversation with store supervisor and customer care to show how misleading information is provided and how mental harrasement is being done and monetary loss by sending manufacturing defect and harass customer.

My Father is a heart patient and ordered medicines for him. As the delivery date is already gone, the medicine is not yet dispatched. It's very difficult to reach out to customer care since the number does not exist.
If you can't able to fullfill the requirement of medicine better to not play with humans heart.

Even the Live chat agent is fooling all the time. No respond fro them.

Could you please resolve the issue.

Due to changed ch ontact no Iam not able to consult with doc. Orders booked & paid in advance but got cancelled.

There is delay in all my online orders, even after multiple attempts I am not getting response from Apollo team. Apollo logistics is absolutely worst. Medicines are the most important items to be prioritized and get delivered on time, any delay will have a life impact. I hope Apollo knows it better than anyone. Please escalate my delivery and send me medicines without any further delay. Hoping to get prompt response from your side....

Here, I am getting disappointed about Apollo pharmacy because of their staffs attitude.They treated me harshly and I had been waited for 30minutes for a single medicine.Irritating guys in decent place

I regularly purchase medicines worth rupees 2000 to 4500 every month on Fist of the month or last day of the month.
I opt for personal delivery to ensure proper medicines delivered & credit card payment.
In order to save time of the both the parties, myself & your staff, I give them a list on previous day.
I gave the list yesterday morning but today morning when I went to collect my medicines, the medicines were not...

I have booked an order for "Himalaya Hiora-K Toothpaste" and "Colgate Slim Soft Charcoal Toothbrush" from Appollo 24/7 app like how i used to book a medicine for my father on March 6th 2022. It was an online transaction of 250Rs and the order was confirmed by the team. Once confirmed they haven't delivered the products although it's more than 18 days for now but the order is marked delivered by the delivery executive.

Hello I had ordered medicine for my Grandfather on 14 March 2022 from Apollo pharmacy 24/7 App. Expected date was 18 March, it's 19 March but the medicine is not been dispatched yet. Is the service of Apollo pharmacy to the patient for delivering medicine.

They are not bothering of delivering the medicine in time to the patient. I want apologies Letter from Apollo pharmacy for now delivering the medicine. As it has been more than 5 days from order and they can't able to deliver the medicine. How they call huge phramery company?

Product to be delivered by 12th march 2022 but not delivered yet and the same answer given always that they will take it as high priority and get it delivered ASAP. Nothing is happening and this is for emergency needs like tablets...

I am a heart patient and i order some medicine through the Apollo pharmacy app #[protected] it was my order number. And i paid it through online. Today was my delivery date . But the delivery guys told me that my area is not delivereble, i request them i will pickup myself because i urgently want that medicines. But they was refused my request. Delivery was through delhivery. Bad service i have ever seen.

Sir/mam this is Nithyanandam D staff on apollo pharmacy APL39955 thiruverkadu 1 branch There was a ploblem for me with incharge on October month
Incharge threw me out from the working place for not going other store purchase (Thiruverkaadu-1) and said me not to enter the shop again for work .
I submitted a compliment letter to executive but there was no response after receiving my letter.
For next three consecutive months I was not able to work due to my brother medical issue
And then I contacted executive but he didn't respond me correctly
I'm pleased him for work but he is forcing me pay expiry cash Rs.8000, but it was already taken although he is asking me to pay the amount first
He is having my 10th certificate and not returning back to me, he is just forcing me to pay first and not ready to listen to me about my issue with the incharge, executive is just supporting to him(incharge) and not even ready to listen to me, not responding to my call, not interested to meet me and so.
Please help me getting this issue rectified and give back my certificate.
