Apollo Pharmacy — False Promises - No Resolution.

Ordered Zomelis 50 mg (10 Strips) on Jun 17, 2022. But received Zomelis Met 50 mg (10 Strips) instead. I contacted customer care the same day and a ticket was opened 821675. Two days later, I was told by the helpdesk, the store would replace the items by June 22, 2022 and the ticket was closed as resolved. But the replacement did not happen. I contacted the helpdesk again. They reopened the ticket. This time I was told the store would replace the items by June 25, 2022. But the replacement did not happen this time either. I again contacted helpdesk and this time they said the replacement would happen by Jun 30, 2022. The store did not replace the items for the third time as well. Once again, I contacted customer care to reopen the ticket. After endless chain of false promises, the issue still remains OPEN.
