Apollo Pharmacy — Faulty Digital Thermometer

I purchased Apollo thermometer on 23rd January. In just 5 days the thermometer started showing wrong readings. I was suffering from COVID and when i had no fever the thermometer was showing me fever of 102-103 and it was increasing every 1 hour. Luckily I had another thermometer due to which I got confirmed that the one purchased on 23rd Jan was giving wrong readings. This led me to go through a lot of mental pressure and i would like to get refund for the product as I no longer trust Apollo pharmacy products.
