Pharmacy at Keelkattalai branch denied me the gift to a regular customer. I retired from Central Govt services and a regular customer for the last 13 years. My monthly medicine bill for September purchased on[protected] is Rs.1060 after discount, though I was ready to forgo discount. First they agreed and later they said the three umbrellas are diffective and could not give. I asked to show an umbrella while bringing medicines (home delivery). They said they were sent back to office. This conversation took place yesterday evening and medicines delivered. I understood they have their preferences. An unpleasant behavior and all lies. I had a similar unpleasant experience, also with the free umbrella scheme which was belatedly given to me. Apollo Pharmacy is all about sales gimmicks and broken promises.
