Hi,
Wish to state that I have mistakenly make payment to Apollo Pharmacy, Alapakkam by mistake. Screenshot enclosed below.
This payment is made with the UPID done with the previous transaction and not with the machine scan.
When I approached the shop, they say they are unaware of the process when not made through scan machine and the
incharge is not available etc. Hence I request you to provide some suitable solution for the refund of the below wrong payment
