Rs 10 charged for disposable mask

Hello team
I have been a regular customer of you been buying my medicines for last 4 years from your pharmacy.today I went to your to just buy a disposable mask.i was shocked when I was asked Rs 10 for that.the mask whose cost is not more then 1 aur 2 rupee you people are charging 10 Rs for that.i have the bill will definitely complaint against you in the consumer court as this is complete loot....

My prepaid product not delivered me

Toady is almost 5-6 days pass I have registered complaint about my product is cheated by deliver boy my parcel is not deliver to me yet and deliver boy mark it as delivered This is really bad my first time experience with Apollo 247 is really bad and horrible when will you going to deliver my product or giving me refund. My complaint ticket ID 266259

The main problem is Apollo pharmacy didn't give me a proper support evertime...

Wrong Item delivered

I ordered few items from Apollo Pharmacy and one of the item delivered was wrong. I notified them same more than 3 days ago and they are telling me from past three days that they have escalated my complaint and I will receive a call from their executive shortly but no one is contacting me and all false promises are being made from their side.Worst chat support as they will take more than 10 mins to reply....

Product Exchange

I bought a product from appolo pharmacy in my locality. I wish to exchange my product with another product for the same amount but the staff present there are not allowing the exchange. It is very disgusting for a pharmaceutical company like appolo to not satisfying a customer. Moreover they didn't provide me any bill of purchase.. Kindly help me out.. I just want to exchange the product....

Unfair Practice in Apollo Pharmacy

On 30th January, 2021 at around 8:15PM, I went to the Apollo Pharmacy in "Madinaguda-Raghava Tower" Branch (Google Map location: https://goo.gl/maps/sAsoQK9za2B21M5b7) to purchase a few medicines. One medicine was "TOCOFIL", which I bought three foils. After getting the medicine and paying the amount, I got the invoice, and while checking it I noticed a discrepancy.

Health credit(HC) Amount Debited

I have used my apollo HC on[protected] of rs. 23.20 in Pudukkottai city, tamilnadu. My balance was 34.42 by the end of 10/01/2021.
Actually i didn't go to pharmacy itself on[protected]monday), i got but my health credit balance of **27.05** redeemed around 6:31pm.Without my OTP itself it got debited automatically.I am suspecting the same apollo pharmacy only money might have deducted. I order medicine on 29th Nov, wrong medicine delivered after follow-up on 4th Dec.

the wrong medicine then picked up back, but my money/points never returned.

i called and mailed, only i get 2 commitments 30 min we will call back and 24 hours we will resolve.

but nothing happened....

Refund of amount

I have swiped hdfc debit card for buying medicines at appollo pharmacy but they said card swipe declined twice, they took 405rs through cash and delivered the products. After some time amount deducted from my card also. After 6 days i approached them for refund but they are telling automatically it will get refunded. It happened on 28/11/2020. Today its 9/12/2020 almost 10 days still no refund....

Healing Card expired

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have got healing card worth Rs.1000/- in Feb 2020. I went to many nearby apollo pharmacies to redeem it but none of your staff was aware of how to accept healing card. Then due to lockdown I didn't go to any other apollo store later to redeem. Now after lockdown, I want to redeem it but the card got expired. poor hospitality

Hi, i am writing this mail to improve your service this is not a complaint,
I was discharged from mmrv hospital from last sunday only due to covid 19. One month i was in hospital, even still with o2 in my house.
I have 2 small kids with me.
We use to order all our medical needs from only our apollo. This morning @11.17 we send doctors prescription through watsup and keep on following with this particular shop. Till 5.30pm...

scamming people by apollo 24/7 app
