I first time ordered medicines on apollo pharmacy website but very much disappointed to see the callous attitutde of the company. Order delayed and after multiple requests to cancel the order nothing happened.

      They are not delivering the medicine, gokshuradhi churn was bought on 3rd may 2022, but they have not delivered till date, i tried calling on the customer care no [protected], but no one picked, very bad service. will suggest no should buy from them

        Refund of my money, I canceled my order

        I did order two medicines, i did online payment through upi and when that order came to me, delivery agent told me to do cod and also he showed it was written cod there on website of delhivery but in transactions of apolllo app its showing that bill of online payment then i asked them for refund and so many days passed but no reply nothing at all they are just doing mess.         Good Morning, I would like to share my bad experience with your Apollo Pharmacy of Chrompet branch located in Chennai. They are not behaving respectful with the customer. I paid the medicine bill 7:28 PM on[protected] but I am waited nearly 20 minutes without any response from that particular person. The employee contact number given here [protected]. Still I didn't get my bill copy. Really I am disappointed with your service also I am frustrated with that person. I want the response in person within 24 hours.

            Issue with employees

            My father is a cardiac patient. We went to the nearby Apollo pharmacy store for medicines prescribed by the doctor. In that prescription, doctor suggested sleeping tablets 30 for 30 days. But employees at that store told us they have only one sheet and asked us to take the other sheet after 2 days. But when we went after 2 days they are saying they can't give the tablets alone. Asked us to again purchase the entire course medicine for them...

                Hi I have called your customer care service twice and tried to get my number out of your SMS list for promotional messages.

                But as usual it has fallen to deaf ears. I will never ever purchase anything from Apollo in my entire life!

                You guys are absolutely pathetic and despite the consumer’s requests, you do not care.

                From here on, I will be reporting this to the cyber crime cell for harassment.

                  Hello

                  Today one delivery guy came to deliver order to my friend . Delivery guy mobile no[protected]. First he asked for extra money for the order amount, when she declined to pay extra he acted angrily and then he agreed to get the amount . Then after receiving the phone pe amount, he tried to ran away. Then she called for help from locals and then he gave the order to her and ran.

                  Even no one from apollo customer is picking the call .
                  It is how they are trained to provide orders by misbehaving.

                        Medicines order delayed

                        This is regarding the issue with delivery for order #[protected]. Below are details:

                        order placed: April 10th, 2021
                        Expected Delivery: April 13th, 2021

                        We are still awaiting a response from your team. While taking circle membership, a 2 hr delivery was promised. We paid charges to get on time delivery and are still facing so many issues to get the delivery done.

                        Apollo logistics is absolutely worst. Medicines are the most important items to be prioritized and get delivered on time, any delay will have a life impact. I ordered a medicine for my wife on 18th March and they promised to deliver on 21st March then they changed the date to 25th march and today is 18th April still I did not get my order. Their customer service is worst they always give you scripted response, they took my money also and...

                        I have ordered AP ORTHOPAEDIC HEAT PAD but to my surpise it was damaged piece delivered to me and when i informed the store they told that they are helpless and cannt replace my product and then i called customer care executive and he suggested for half an hour and it will be resolved and replace the product but even after 24 hours noting has happened. Now customer care is not picking up the pone or even cutting the phone after hearing the call and putting on hold without informing this is a pure case of cheating from Apollo pharmacy and apollo pharmacy land craft Ghaziabad branch who is cheating with customers. Also not replacing the money. I can share the recording of the conversation with store supervisor and customer care to show how misleading information is provided and how mental harrasement is being done and monetary loss by sending manufacturing defect and harass customer.
