[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — hand sanitizer

I'm a regular customer of your pharmacy since long. Yesterday, on 8th March, 2020, I visited Apollo Pharmacy, Sector 78 Noida and asked for hand sanitizer, the person available there told me about the un-availability of the product and informed that the same would be available on 9th March. Today on 9th March at 1:30 PM, I again visited the pharmacy for the said purpose. A person named Mr. Lokendra was present there and showed me the carton of hand sanitizer which has been received there but told that he had not done the stock taking hence not able to hand over. I asked him when he would be able to do stock taking so that by that time it is completed I would again come to buy, he informed that he is not able to tell by what time he would be able to do stock taking. I told him that if I come later on, you would say it is sold out so I requested him to deposit some advance against my hand sanitiser order, he again denied. I came back and at 3:41 PM, I called at no.[protected] and then Mr. Lokendra informed that Hand Sanitizer is not available, when I remind him about my visit, he told that the product was not received in Pharmacy. I suspect that hand sanitizer received at your pharmacy has been shown as sold out by issuing fake bills by your staff to sell the same in open market at higher price. I therefore request that receipt of sanitizer stock on 9th March, 2020 may please be verified and issue of bills after 1:30 PM may also be verified. I appreciate if you inform the action taken report, this will certainly strengthen my trust with Apollo Pharmacy.
