I have various problem. If you book a service and they give a slot for 8am - 11pm, you get a call at 6:30 in the morning to confirm the location. Why then the slots are given, giving a call half an before make sense.. this is extremely disturbing.
When again i booked a slot for 6:30 am -8am, how can you expect a call at 5:15am this early morning, and it's just for location confirmation. When asked why do you have to call this early ? It's company rules it seems...
EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED..
And the best part is he will be coming from nearby Apollo lab which is just 2min away from my home...
Now next I booked RTPCR test on 19th Jan, an i had to cancel due to personal emergency and i had requested for a refund of 1500/- . I did several calls to customer care sa per their instructions I did raise ticket on 27/7 app and after which I checked the next day on my app the ticket itself is missing, again i made several calls regarding this issue and non of them are bothering about my concern.. it's just waste of time approaching the customer care, to raise a complaint to the higher authority they don't have that facility.. From 19th jan till 27th Jan waiting for a refund and didn't get a response.
how do we go about it..

From here on i as a customer will not be interested to make any service with them and would make sure everyone (family, friends and whom ever i know) around me will not use their services..
