    Home sample collection

    I have various problem. If you book a service and they give a slot for 8am - 11pm, you get a call at 6:30 in the morning to confirm the location. Why then the slots are given, giving a call half an before make sense.. this is extremely disturbing.

    When again i booked a slot for 6:30 am -8am, how can you expect a call at 5:15am this early morning, and it's just for location confirmation. When asked why do you have to call this...

      [protected] order no, the order was delayed, i got a call telling the order will be delivered on 25th of jan and i specifically mentioned if it will be delayed later than 25th i want to cancel it . I also mentioned I really need the stuff which I have ordered. today is 26th and they order is still in transit and not received. they are making me run around.

      I need this order to be traced and delivered as soon as possible not later than 26th 9PM

            Today mrng at 8am.I went to Apollo pharmacy and asking for metrogen tablets.And the bill was 3RUPEES ONLY and I gave him 50rs, he said no change available with and me give me 3rs and take the tablets, then i said I will pay you by phonepay or Gpay.And he said for 3rs we can't accept phonepay and Gpay (And kept the tablet inside the rack and saying rudely, give 3rs cash and take your tablets otherwise leave).This is the way they see customers.ONLY BUSINESS AND PROFITS.they doesn't have any concern about the patient.VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH NEW APOLLO PHARMACY (MEDCHAL) I went to other pharmacy and took the tablets.If Some people having emergency what they will do.And is their any use or purpose of being 24×7 pharmacy.

Till now they didn’t resolve the issue and there was no call back on the status. I’m really frustrated. Those medicines are very important. I have already paid the amount online.

                I ordered via the Apollo Mobile app once and since them I’ve been hounded to minimum of 10 text messages per day, even WhatsApp some or the other promo messages come in. At this it’s just point it’s so frustrating.

                      I had ordered medicines from apollo app on 14th Jan 2022 with order id[protected] and paid Rs1250. however bill was generated for Rs 760 and Montair LC was removed from the order citing out of stock.

                      However refund for non delivery of Montair LC was not provided instead refund of Rs 1.25 was provided which was adjustment towards MRP of delivered medicine.

                      So total Paid amount was Rs 1250
                      Bill amount was Rs 760
                      Amount refunded was Rs 1.25

                      I have raised complaint through whatsapp number and also email [protected]@apollo247.com with request #340513.
