Hi often i visit opollo pharmacy and i feel great to shop there but recently the sales person are behaving rude. When we ask for a product, instead of giving they ask us to find or pick up by ourselves. How would we know where the products are kept? Why they are there if they cant assist the customer!? Also sales person put customers on wait. Rudely they speak up with the customers....

I have been a regular customer of apollo pharmacy beeramguda. My doctor advised me to take vit d solutions and i have taken 5bottles of each which costed 73rs each. As my doctor said u can stop them now i have went for the pharmacy stating return of medicine, the guy stated me that there is no return policy or exchange since one mnth. I am a doctor and according to the usfda and other guidelines every pharmacy has a rule of taking the medicine...

On 15th feb 2020 at morning 5:00 am ist i visited apollo pharmacy at shop no 1 & 2, shanti vihar complex mira road, shanti nagar, opposite sector 2, thane, maharashtra 401107. I had an emergency and needed some medicines but to my surprise the shopkeepers were sleeping right in front of the gate and inspite of banging the gate.. Shouting and yelling they did not come out of sleep. Finally i gave up and started searching for a different store....

I ordered two product from apollo pharmacy on 22/11/2019. They delivered on 17 december (Delivered after 25 days) and only one product instead of two. They didn't deliver benadryl cough syrup so i contacted on whatsapp twice, mailed three times and called so many times. Each time they told you will receive your refund but even after two months from date of order i didn't receive any refund....

In my town sales boys in the pharmacy are selling medicine for prices higher than the mrp deliberately since one and a half years and for uneducated senior citizens this problem is even more and i myself had caught the sales boy 2 times for doing this for me and they are not even adding points for buying medicines in apollo membership system and they are adding it to their accounts and telling a story for me if i ask about points to be added...

I purchased three product online by apollo pharmacy and paid 252/-, but received only two products. One product not received, i call customer care they were not any answer to me. I also mailed to apollo pharmacy, but they were not any reply. My bill attached. Please do the needful. My order i'd is[protected]

I ordered some stuff from apollopharmacy order #[protected], they cancelled it within a week on their end and not conveyed any message to me. When i inquired about it, they mentioned it's cancelled and you will get refund in 3-4 days. Now it's 3 week already gone, still no refund and just telling me, will look into it./... Worst service...
I want my money back......

I call them around 6times. They ensure me everytime that we will take your messege higher authority and grant the refund but no conformation mail has been received till now. Hi i am bharath kumar... Recently (Last week) i went apollo pharmacy (Newly opened near my house) to buy some over the counter medicine for my mom. After ordering medicine he billed rs20.. When i am ready for payment he changed the price to rs23.
When i asked him about the price change... He said you are paying with card so price is different... And in the same shop... When ever i asked for invoice... He always say... Printer not working......

I have ordered baby best diaper through ask apollo app on nov 30th 2019. Still now the are not ready to deliver the order also i asked for the cancellation and refund the money. Since 15 day i am asking for the refund, in all the call they saying it will be processed but nothing happening.
Please dont order anything in ask apollo app. It is fraud app....

Hi - i had placed the following order#[protected] for 4 packs of similac2, cost for which was paid online. I received only 2 packs and i have been calling the call center since then regularly to either get my refund or delivery. Given that apollo's call center number is a premium service, i have incurred additional costs to chase and resolve my issue, but with no luck. I would like to highlight the pathetic support and poor customer service...

Why all of a sudden its mandatory to give phone number for bills. The shop keep is saying he wont give give unless i give my phone mumber.
Can you please provide details as to how my number will be used and where is the rule that its mandatory. On the other hand, yesterday printer was not working in shop so she didnt give give me a hand written bill for the medicine which i purchased. Even after i asked for one.
