So I have ordered some medicines through apollo online medicines, Order no:[protected] It was a prepaid order I have ordered it on April 17th and it was supposed to be delivered to me by April 26th. No agreement has been made to deliver the product and when I complained about this through email to them, they said they’ll look into the matter, but I haven’t received the products til today Was this information helpful? | |
May 20, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Well first there were no efforts from the company to resolve the issue, and thers no customer care number to contact them.
The way I got my issue resolved is by finding the phone number of an executive in someone else’s complain his name is Rahamath ( you can contact him at this email address [email protected] )
And he resolved the issue in like 3hr and I got my money back. Apollo Pharmacy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
