Cost of tablets

Today i purchase citrizine 4 tablets, but cost is₹10, but some other medical shops 4 tablets ₹4 what's that huge difference, not particularly this throughout medicines will be high cost, take care regarding this complaint, if poor people any emergency how can they purchase medicines...

My order numbers[protected] &[protected]

I have ordered (1) Head & Shoulders Anti-Dandruff Cool Menthol Shampoo, 180 ml via order number[protected] and (2)Dove Cream Beauty Bathing Bar, 625 gm (4 x 125 gm + 125 gm Free ) via order number[protected]

I received different items. In place (1) item, I received Head & Shoulders Anti-Hairfall Shampoo, 180 ml and in place of (2) item, I received Dove Cream Beauty Bathing Bar, 500 gm (4 x 100 gm + 100 gm Free)

I requested Apollo Pharmacy to exchange both the items by sending email to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org and [protected]@apollo247.com. Today I received an email mentioning that for item number (1), they have resolved the issue. With regard to item number (2), they have said that their representative will get in touch with me.

As I see that there is delay in attending to my issue, I am forced to report the matter in this forum.

    When i made payment thro' debit card, at the time of putting PIN, PIN nos are displaying in payment m/c, I asked the staff Mr Arup Chakraborty- API 27535 (Chinsurah- station rd)" Any mistake happend in m/c? It is a question o safety for customer. I am not satisfy with his irritated ans. Happend on[protected] at 20-32 Hrs, Bill no 5075.

      I was disturbed by a call during my working hours to intimate about offers on diapers.
      Doesnt it look IDIOTIC?
      Do you expect us to leave our work and come running to your store to buy diapers?? What stops you from sending a sms ?
      Please respect others privacy. Have some basic decency and common sense.
      For you it is business, for us its outright nonsense disturbing the continuity in our work.

        When I am at Apollo pharmacy they are not considering payment which was paid by using Apollo card... If I ask any reason for that issue they simply saying that their is an issue with OTP receiving, but their is an person who received OTP in an line...
        It's all begin with a person in the pramacy every time he treats very uncomfortable way with the customer ...
        Please look over it...

          Issue Description:

          REQUEST FOR REFUND

          I have ordered 3 quantity of SIMILAC ISOMIL and 1 quantity of CERELAC.
          I received only 1 quantity of SIMILAC ISOMIL and 1 quantity of CERELAC.
          The delivery boy told me that the remaining product will come in next parcel.
          So I waited of 2 days and then i check my APP found that my order was closed ( delivered Fully)
          Hence contacted APOLLO support team, they responded that either we will refund the amount or deliver the products.

          But i waited for 4 days and reminded them everyday, no response from their side.

            I Pabitra kumar ghosh, s/o Mrs Bela ghosh, register mobile number - [protected], visited your ghola bazar store on 26/05/2022, to buy a medicine, my mother and my wife is a sugar patient.i used to buy medicines for them from your store.today i want to buy a gluco meter also.there is two glucometer showing in your store showcase.i just want to know the price of the glucometer, that's why I want to know the price of the glucometer, then your staff Mr, Rakesh mondal, DON'T want to say the price of glucometer, he just replied that, when i come to buy the glucometer then he will tell me price of the glucometer.i never expect this kind of behaviour from your staff.its a great disrespectful behaviour for me

              Order 257309661 refund not received even after 15 days

              Hi,

              I haven't received my refund yet.

              I have been raising queries and no proper response is being given.

              Cancelled

              I have raised enquiry in Apollo 24|7 portal three times and also mailed Apollo for 6-7 times.

              Each time a auto generated mail comes and aftr two days, a mail comes that my refund will reach my account in 10 days.

                  I ordered medicines on the app that claims to deliver medicine in 2 hours. Firstly, I recieved medicines in 24 hours. Secondly, I recieved partial order.

                  Thirdly, I have been following up with them sonce last 3 days for refund/delivery of remaining order.

                  This is really terrible. Their customer care forum keeps asking me for the same info again and again and it is so tiring.

                    I haven't received the online order, its been more to an a month now

                    So I have ordered some medicines through apollo online medicines,

                    It was a prepaid order
                    I have ordered it on April 17th and it was supposed to be delivered to me by April 26th. No agreement has been made to deliver the product and when I complained about this through email to them, they said they’ll look into the matter, but I haven’t received the products til today...

                    I ordered 2 chocolate flavoured Apollo diabetic protein powders online for INR 1200.000 and they delivered normal one on 9th March 2022 (which tastes odd and no one likes to consume) immediately I raised "NEED HELP" in Apollo online and both Apollo diabetic protein powders were returned to the delivery agent on[protected] and till date no other response from Apollo 24/7.

                    Kindly help me to get the right one or arrange for refund.

                        I would like to share my personal experience with this app.3 days before I ordered my wife medicines costing rs of 4500+as thought of Big brand but they cheated me.You can see the attachment my prescribed medicine COQ-300(MRP-1815 each strip)2 strips and accordingly I paid the amount but they dispatched simple COQ(MRP-394.34)which was absolutely wrong…hope you can understand taking wrong...

                        Apollo pharmacy complaint

                        I ordered medicines for my father through apollo 24/7 app on 2nd may 2022, before placing the order it show the delivery time is one day but after placing order it show medicine will deliver on 8 may still now I haven’t received medicine, even I called to customer care there is no response and tried in all the ways i wrote emails as I need medicine urgently for my father, he CKD and heart disease patient but no use.
