Apollo Pharmacy — I want to return an order and I raised a query as soon as I got the product

I ordered hot water bag on 19th December keeping in mind that it would be electric one but it was hot water bottle and I don't want to keep it. I raised a query on the app and their system is so slow. Certain messages on WhatsApp and still no solution, what a pathetic return system. It was 327 bucks and I didn't wanted to waste that on a thing that I don't want.
