Apollo Pharmacy — I'm complaining about issue I faced with order and it's refund

Worst service. I had ordered 2strips and paid while placing the order. But after placing order, another 2 strips were added and asked me to pay for the others which I didn't add. I tried cancelling but it asked me to reject delivery. Delivery person rejected to cancel it and I had to pay the rest and take the medicine. I contacted Apollo customer care regarding this, mail was sent for refund of the amount I paid while placing order 4 days ago and yet to be credited and not the amount I paid during delivery. I have being contacting them everyday about this and I get the same mail with the half refund everytime I contact them. They rudely hung up on me with standard ' apologize for inconvenience caused' message. Please resolve this ASAP. Order number[protected]. Zonal pharmacy ticket 100446. PFA'ed mail and bill for reference. Hope this issue gets resolved sooner

Updated by 7019450070 I didn't receive any communication from Appollo after sending the details to Appollo pharmacy. When I tried to contact customer care through whatsapp they just don't give any proper details and just say someone will contact regarding this. Still no response. Is customer care necessary if this is how they respond without giving proper response and they just end conversation if we ask for any details about ticket logged. Is anyone really cares what customer experience is? Is it ok to let the customer contact everyday to check on this? What kind of behaviour delivery persons should have?
