Apollo Pharmacy — improper storage conditions

Had been to outlet to purchase orofer xt and gemlac xt tablets. After purchase came home and opened the box, where i found some insects inside the box. Returned back and asked for a refund which was done. But asked for the reason why there was insects and the behaviour of the store incharge was arrogant and didn't provide proper info. Lodged complaint with rajarajeshwarinagar police station, when on enquiry by inspector, store incharge said that it was normal, due to heat and other conditions ants and insects will be there. So he means to say ant and insects in tablet boxes are normal.
My question are:
1. Are there no norms for storage of drugs at your outlets?
2. If it is there, was it followed in this outlet?
3. If followed, why did this problem arise?
4. If not followed, u was it not followed?
5. What is the action taken by apollo pharmacy on this issue?
6. What is the action taken by apollo pharmacy so that this problem is not repeated?
