Have taken nebulizer 2 months back the machine is not working so i went to exchange the product this branch located at jalvayu vihar a person name with sampath. Spoke rudely with me and also not giving a proper proper information about the product in spite of that he is talking rudely.. Fishing going complaint to anybody i am not bothered for anything. He stated this and i complaint to police.. Anytime police can take action on this

Visited your kovaipudur br. Mask was worn by staff after our visit and she was sneezing, without covering mouth. So we paid 278₹ at 9.56 am &bill no 2020-apr-23 and came home with a sthalon. All shops here give 8 to 15 % discount. When we asked over phone [protected] at 10.57 am, cashier told above ₹200, discount is available. When we asked, why we were not given discount, she talked very rudely and insulted us. We have recorded the call and we plan to file suit in consumer court for deficiency in service and lack of hygiene in medical shop. Also she asked my mobile & name but printed a doctor's name, in bill who is not available at kovaipudur

For rs.104.28 worth items only i have received. They assure refund of
Rs.121 (Difference amount). But till today i have not received the difference
Amount of rs.121. Kindly arrange to solve my problem as early as possible.

I had ordered medicines in apollo pharmacy app online. I had already paid rs. 548.23 in online through order i\'d[protected] in 6 april 2020.11.04.2020 i had received my order in the name of cash on delivery for rs.648. So i paid extra 548.23 in online. Therefore kindly refund my rs.548.23 amount as soon as possible. Also computer generated bill is different from original cash on delivery bill.

Today i went to purchase 1 medicine, the person over there name "j n bannerjee" (Not sure obout the name)
Showed extremely rude behavior.
He didnt evem seen the wrapper of medicine and reply that "we dont have this medicine" i asked him "ok tell me the name of medicine so that i can search it for in any other medicine shop" he replied "i dnt know the name" my issue is, when he dont...

Regularly I purchased all medicine at Madurai -625011 Glucomet GP 1mg. But the Apollo pharmacy salesman supplied Glucomet 1gram. This shows your service is very serious to the patient health. Immediately need your attention regarding this matter. I complained customer care. They give one mail address. But the mail is invalid iD.

Had been to outlet to purchase orofer xt and gemlac xt tablets. After purchase came home and opened the box, where i found some insects inside the box. Returned back and asked for a refund which was done. But asked for the reason why there was insects and the behaviour of the store incharge was arrogant and didn't provide proper info. Lodged complaint with rajarajeshwarinagar police station, when on enquiry by inspector, store incharge said...

Actually, this pharmacy owner kept its billing counter very far from the door and didn't allow anyone to come inside the store. If someone buy any medicine, it has to inform from the door only. But if you want to pay through credit card, this people ask your card and pin, to swipe it at the counter. But as ler rbi guidelines, you are not supposed to disclose your pin to any one. If i submit my credit card and pin to them, they can easily...

I have informed to give some tablets according to prescribtion, thry said we will make a call after checking . But they failed and we were waiting for this tablet and its for patient .Even now they doesn't accept their mistake ....

I have ordered baby diapers order no.[protected] on date 28.03.2020 from ask apollo app of apollo pharmacy, but my order is cancelled by apollo pharmacy without any information/message/mail. Now almost 20 days are over i have not received refund in my account of cancelled order, inspite of repeated call and reminders. Every time i call they have only excuses and ask me to wait for 2-3 days.

I have visited Apollo pharmacy tarnaka branch, where seller dint provide me discount for 100 rupees and instead asked me to make bill 200 to get discount..please take action.

I placed an order id[protected] on 26/03/2020... Since i did not hear from them at all, i kept tracking the order and then finally on contacting their customer service via chat on their website was told that my order was cancelled due to non-availability of the products... No communication from their end regarding the same... They keep telling me that i will receive a message regarding refund of the amount that i paid yet no such luck despite...

I made a transaction to a apollo pharmacy store using phone pe. They refunded due to some issue with billing. But the refund is not yet reflected into my bank account. I made psyment through card payment in phone pe. Its been 15 days still no response from complsin in apollo customer care. I will mail you the transaction id if this complsint gonna be processed....

I am very frustrated to write this. My mother is getting treatment in cmc at vellore as she is having auto immune disease (Sle). As prescribed by doctors in cmc, my mother is taking hcqs 200 mg tablets on daily basis. We usually get this tablet (Hcqs) in apollo pharmacy in out home town arcot. As we all know that hcqs is currently considering as a medicine against corona, this tablet is not out of stock here. We had requested apollo pharmacy at arcot last week to buy this tablet. They are very harsh to the us and no respect while replying. They bare saying that none of the apollo pharmacy have this tablet at the moment. I need my mom to stay healthy. We know that hcqs is very sensitive medicine. Doctors told she should not stop this medicine.

At this moment i need my mom to stay longer. I dont want to complaint about pharmacists in arcot apollo. All i need is this tablet hcqs.

Please do the needful. Please save the life of my mom.
