I visited the store today to buy the above product. There was a lady staff alone in store to whom i placed the request. She was working on her computer when i entered the store and took about five minutes to respond to my request. She initially said that the medicine was not available without even reading the prescription. On stressing the name of medicine again, she reluctantly picked it up from counter and handed it to me.
I wanted to buy a few other items like colgate paste, dabur hair oil etc.., to which she again replied that the product wasnt available, though they were visibly placed right on top of the shelves. Frustrated by her indifferent response, i decided to pay just for the tablet and leave. I handed over my credit card for payment, but she declined that the bill amount (74) was less than 100 to perform a card transaction.
I walked out of the store, fetched the amount in cash and came back to pay with a 100rs. Note. She again declined the payment stating that i am not tendering the precise change.
The staff was totally indifferent and arrogant in her responses. She completely portrayed that she was not happy to perform the transaction. On questioning her behaviour, she conveyed that she was already frustrated about her late night work and i am adding to her woes.
She started using abusive language henceforth and did not give the bill for purchase.
Kindly request apollo to take care of the behaviour of staffs.
You are a reputed healthcare company, but instances like this makes us step out of the service.
