[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — incorrect medicine delivered

This is to inform you on the negligence from one of you branch of Apollo pharmacy (Branch code: 15331).
My mom who is not well educated went and purchased medicine as prescribed by doctor by taking prescription along with her, tablet prescribed is Thyronorm 125 mcg but the product given from the store person is Thyronorm 12.5 mcg.
This was purchased on 19/07/19 from the above mentioned store, big negligence from your team which is life risking. I request you to take strict action against the person and also please explain why was such a life risking negligence from you guys.
I spoke to store in charge Mr. Najm and his superior Mr. Yusuf Hyder.
As the medical condition of my mom is not well bcoz of such you guess and I have reports to prove the same.
Awaiting for response.

I went to kumbha marg pratap nagar jaipur store for medicin after giving they refuse to give bill when i ask they said we did not give bill at this time.

If you want bill dont come at this time .
Now this is how apollo treat with there coustmer.
