I ordered Zomelis 50 mg (10 Strips) on Jun 17, 2022. But received Zomelis Met 50 mg (10 Strips) instead. I contacted customer care the same day and a ticket was opened 821675. Two days later, I was told by the helpdesk, the store would replace the items by June 22, 2022 and the ticket was closed as resolved. But the replacement did not happen. I contacted the helpdesk again. They reopened the ticket. This time I was told the store would replace the items by June 25, 2022. But the replacement did not happen this time either. When I contacted helpdesk again, I was asked to reopen a new ticket. That's what I have done now. It has been more than 10 days since incorrect medicines were delivered and they still have not fixed the issue. And what's worse they promised that they would replace the incorrect medicines twice.
